Ordered embroidered personalised apron. Took 3 weeks to arrive. The apron was printed on, not embroidered. No response from seller when querying quality, had to get refund from PayPal.

Advertise a set delivery date but will not stick to it, will blame it on the courier and tell you to take up any issues with them.
Managed to get part of the delivery fee refunded but not willing to accept full responsibility. Would appear others have fallen foul to this so avoid, especially if you want an item for a set day/date.

I paid £10 for urgent delivery 8 days ago! Yodel still have not received the parcel. I've emailed photosfeel and I get automated responses completely ignoring my actual email. Awful.

Avoid!!
Avoid!!! Honestly one of the most frustrating most horrendous experiences. They have an appalling customer service no care and if you ask any questions they will deflect or simply won’t answer you instead send a link to a page that either doesn’t exist or is irrelevant to what you’re asking them for. They also use yodel, just as appalling and I’ll also be leaving them a 1* which for both companies I think is too much!

Says 1 - 3 days to make but when you get to check - out it changes to up to 6 days. Mine took 6.
Delivery free or £10.90 for urgent delivery (up to 5 days). I chose to pay for urgent delivery.
Mine was delivered 9 days after being sent.
Company refused to refund postage as delivery company at fault but at the very least they should have taken this up on my behalf. Meanwhile I waited 16 days for an urgent item ( identity bracelet for dementia sufferer)
The bracelet seems good though, hence 2 stars.
