Jonny is AMAZING! I was dealing with a shoulder issue for months and going to physio thrice a week with marginal improvement and he sorted me out in two sessions! He’s my emergency call whenever I have a pull or a spasm for an immediate fix! Added upside is that he’s really nice :)

Years of desk work had given me terrible upper back pain. I had seen multiple physios who were unable to assist in providing an effective treatment plan. I’ve known Physio Jonny for a long time and often consult him on any niggles or bigger injuries.

Recently I’ve undergone ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. Jonny helped get me back on my feet. With regular sessions and constant check-in’s, he’s been great. I’m now 13 weeks post surgery and having followed Jonny’s programme, I’m back to jogging and have been doing leg strengthening exercises in the gym for weeks giving me a lot of confidence in my new knee ligament.
