Prescription for frustration...
If incompetence were a prescription, this pharmacy would be handing it out in spades. Picture this: five staff members, each more clueless than the last. You'd think with such a crew, someone would know what's going on. Think again.
Every time the doctors confirm that my medication has been sent over, it's the same old song and dance at this pharmacy. "We don't have it," they say, with a shrug.
Their favorite line? "Come back tomorrow." And when tomorrow rolls around, it's "come after 4." It's like they're playing a twisted game of hide and seek with my meds.
The level of disorganisation is mind-boggling. People rely on these medications for their health. This isn't a corner shop where you can casually tell customers to come back tomorrow for a loaf of bread. We're talking about essential medication.
The lack of communication and responsibility is appalling. If you value your time, your health, and your sanity, steer clear of this place.
There are plenty of pharmacies that actually understand the importance of what they're doing. This one? Not so much.
