Highly recommend the team at PID!
Highly recommend the team at PID - especially Dominic who is unfailing responsive and proactive with any support we need. The label and system is a very good product but also, crucially for a small business such as ours, there is a high quality ongoing support system.

We are relatively new to using Positive ID for our label needs but so far I have found their service to be excellent. Dominic deals with our requirements efficiently & quickly. The prices we are quoted are very competitive & I can foresee that we will be more than happy to continue to use their services

We have been using PID for a number of years now.
We find the service that Pete offers is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and always goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
I would have no hesitation in recommending PID to anyone.

I have used Postive ID regularly for the past 2 years for all my product labelling needs. They have always been extremely helpful, flexible and reliable. Pricing is competitive too. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a good label printer.
