The service provided has been excellent. Reliable, sensible and patient . The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to . Hannah and Gavin in particular have done an excellent job with sensitivity and awareness of the emotional journey that selling a property can be .

We worked with the Newport branch for our house sale and purchase of our new property and whilst we had to jump through hoops for our buyer, Pinkmove were with us every step of the way, they also explained everything to the owner who we were being from. I need to say a very special thank you to Paige, she went above and beyond for us and has been incredible! Paige is an asset to your team!! Thank you all!

My partner and I were first time buyers back early 2023. We were viewing a home with a lot of interest and because of this, the estate agent decided to unprofessionally go on her phone in the kitchen rather than talk to us (middle aged, long haired brunette, seemed experienced) , the kind of attitude you’d expect from an agent who knows the house will sell regardless of her professionalism. We ended up being the bidding winners, only then her e-mails perked up. When it came to collecting the keys, they sent us on a treasure hunt. They decided putting the keys in a random small (size of my hand!) black plastic box with a combination sent by text, stuck to the outside of a travel agents in Whitchurch in the RAIN!, what a pleasant way to say ‘Congratulations on your first purchase! And choosing us!’, I’m not sure whether they thought we were young and naïve but it was not the experience I expected with Pinkmove Homes.

We have been dealing with the staff in the Newport office.
They have been a fantastic team from our initial contact to the day to day dealing/viewings.
Feedback was provided by Pinkmove following each viewing with comments from the estate agent and customer.
The team certainly knew what the customer was after, avoiding wasted appointments.

Pinkmove made the experience of selling our home less stressful, and we are very grateful for the professional manner in which they conducted themselves.
