Excellent help with products. I've recently got back into voice work and ordered a cheap USB mic from PinkNoise to get started. When I found its performance somewhat substandard, they were incredibly helpful in recommending a replacement model. The exchange was really straightforward and went pretty smoothly. The new mic is up and running and I'm really pleased with the quality for the price. Would definitely use this company again.

Recently bought some headphones which were very competitively priced and turned out to be a great purchase. Next day dispatch by DPD who I find are a better courier company than many others, so glad that Pinknoise use them.

I got lots of kit from Pinknoise over the years and while there were some issues, they were eventually sorted. Unfortunately it looks like they've switched to a new website system and none of my old orders appear anymore. I was not notified of this and only realised it when my old password stopped working.

I've used Pinknoise for years after first meeting the team at The Photography Show.

Their pre-sales advice, sales process, and post-sales support are all exceptional, and they always go above and beyond to help in any way they can: they give excellent, unbiased pre-sales advice on the best equipment to buy; they price match (and often price beat) when it comes to purchasing; and they were excellent when I needed help repairing a broken audio recorder.

Even if they weren't the cheapest (which they usually are), I would still choose to use Pinknoise as I know I'm always going to be looked after and receive the highest level of customer service one could expect.

They’ve always been amazing at giving technical support and purchasing advice but today they were absolutely incredible! I have been struggling with some RF interference for the last couple weeks and have NOT been able to locate where on earth it was coming from - their in-depth knowledge located it as a BNC cable for a camera monitor within minutes! I would highly recommend buying through them, and hope to continue to do so for many years to come.

I ordered some Rode equipment from them after a Google search and checking them on Trustpilot. Their pricing is reasonable and they had everything I needed in stock. Their delivery was prompt, on time and well packaged. Their invoice documentation is excellent.

Blown away by the service and prices, both are outstanding.

I bought 2x Countryman B3’s with Rode VXLR+ but I was getting a lot of hiss from them. PN decided it was the B3s needing more voltage than they got from the Rode transformers and offered to upgrade to Sanken COS11 for a lower price than usual. We did that and not only did they offer a great price, they turned them around super fast for our next shoot. New mics are awesome, really happy. Outstanding service, great advice and knowledge, and highly recommended. Quick delivery, great attitude, fast service and they fix the problems.

Pink Noise seem to keep good stock levels, and deliver reliably. When ordering gear from other sites, I find often they won't have the stock after you buy, or they just can't fulfil orders but I don't have this worry with Pink Noise.

The range of stock is pretty good too, with some nice high end gear which isn't available from other sites in the UK.

Always had excellent service from Pinknoise, I buy for my son, who also buys from them. They are always helpful. When he wanted a boom pole but was unsure which to get, we went to their unit and he was allowed to try some out. Having decided on one, but wanted to customise it, they obtained the adapters to allow this. Always willing to 'go the extra mile' - they are our 'go to' supplier.

I have bought from this company on two separate occasions and both times the items have arrived quickly and in fantastic condition. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for audio equipment.

Bought the dinkum systems flexible clamp as they seem to be the only place in the UK with a fair price and stock available after spotting some US youtubers reviewing it. My delivery arrived with DPD quicker than expected. It was bubble wrapped which was more than adequate, I trust it would be a carboard box if it was something more fragile.

Ordered a little Rode microphone accessory from them.

Bonus at 200kr/sale which is good, but you put more energy than you receive result.
