Amazing product, terrible customer support. Tons of bugs. No one to help you work through them. Pipefy even replied to my review here, but didn't actually reply to my support issue.

Game changer
We used to work with Excel sheets and this platform was a game changer for us. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The best part is that we can customize everything at real time to match our process without needing IT guys.

Excellent process and project management platform
Pipefy is a highly usable platform which has enabled us to produce and customise very niche workflows. They are easy to create and manage and have saved us significant time and resources to date.
Pipefy has some of the best customer service in the business and they have an aggressive development schedule, with frequent and useful updates deployed regularly.
