Ordered goods over bank holiday, despatched with royal mail on tuesday on 48 hours delivery. We can't control there delivery hold ups due to bank/school holidays Check the tracking being delivered tomorrow(Saturday).
Goods in stock..good prices..and good…will use again and have recommended to friends.

One to avoid
One to avoid.
One elbow (very small package) ordered Monday 8th. Still no sign of delivery and it’s end of day Friday. I noticed they use Evri, the rebranded Hermes who changed their name because their service and brand are so bad.
Not good enough for a small part needed for gas work. Contacted Pipework Suppliers (one reply casually stating had been watching it and maybe it would arrive tomorrow) well that would have been today and it’s 8pm. As it’s Saturday tomorrow and Evri are still showing at depot, I hold out no hope.
Avoid Pipework Suppliers. They use Evri and so clearly have no understanding of quality service and sloppy in their own customer support. If you want to supply products that are typically needed quickly then step up and sort out your operations or don’t bother.

There are other options for delivery, you don't have to choose the cheap option, especially if time sensitive for your order.
Ordered 5 working days ago, being delivered today. Evri have already attempted delivery over the weekend.
Will we always ensure goods are delivery A.S.A.P.
Small item
Small item, took a few days to arrive and it was a standard postage charge, so high in proportion to the item. However, I was not disappointed with what was delivered.
