Exceptional professionalism and customer service.
I would like to make reference to the excellent service I received from Josh and the team at the centre.
I cannot explain how professional these technicians are at what they do, the care and technical knowledge is second to none and the attention to detail in making that not only the tyres are correct, but also the alignment of how the vehicle drives.
A great job, well done!

My 3rd visit to PPC in Burton on Trent - this time for winter tyres on my BMW.

Superb service as always. The technicians here obviously love cars and take great pride in their work. The lady on reception is always helpful too, from taking my initial booking to getting me a coffee whilst I waited.

My summer tyres are safely stored in their tyre-hotel and I will be back in the Spring to get them changed back over.

Wir haben 2 neue Auflieger von Schmitz Cargobull bekommen.
War früher Hankook der Erstausrüster bei Schmitz, hat man aus Kostengründen wohl auf Pirelli gewechselt.
Ich habe noch nie viel von Pirelli gehalten. Einen Einheitsreifen auf Baustellenkipper zu montieren der auch auf dem Koffer und dem Planentrailer läuft - kann man so machen, ist dann halt Mist.
Einen größeren Dreck haben wir noch nie auf unseren Aufliegern gefahren. Ständig Durchstiche von spitzen Steinen.

4 neue P Zero reifen gekauft und nach einer Saison waren alle 4 reifen defekt und hatten Höhenschläge und immer wieder Unwuchten nach wenigen Hundert Kilometern. Eine Beanstandung wurde abgelehnt angeblich wären die reifen in Ordnung. Ich bin 10 Jahre nur mit Pirelli Reifen gefahren das war dann wohl das letzte mal nie wieder Pirelli.

Had 4 new synergy tyres fitted to my kia sportage at the PPC in Burton. The fitting centre was immaculately clean. The reception team were very friendly & knowledgeable. As soon as I said my name they knew without looking what I had come for. Fitting took just over an hour. They technician used a seat cover & steering wheel cover to keep my car free from dirt.The technician came over to me & explained the different tyre valves & which ones were fitted to my car & that they needed replacing & why. Once the new tyres were fitted he came over with 1 of the old rear tyres & asked if I had any rumbling noise that sounded like a wheel bearing needed replacing & then went in to show me & explained that it was uneven wear to the tyre that was causing it. He then asked if I wanted the wheels all realigned. I told him that or was a faulty suspension bush that had already been replaced under warranty & that Kia had already done that.
The attention to detail & the unprecedented knowledge the team possessed was far above any other fitting centre I've used in the past.
I will definitely be using them again in the future even if it is over an hours drive my where I live.

Habe 4 neue Pirelli Winterreifen gekauft und nach einer Wintersaison (5800 km) nur mehr 5 mm Profiltiefe. Nach der zweiten Wintersaison nach 12000 km habe ich nur mehr 3,5 mm Profiltiefe. Der Sachverständige hat beurteilt, dass der Reifen in Ordnung ist. Habe die selben Reifen schon dreimal gekauft und bin vier Saisonen damit und mehr Kilometer gefahren. Daher verstehe ich nicht warum diese (lt. SV) in Ordnung sind.

Euer Winterreifen ist der schlechteste Winterreifen den ich jemals in meinem Leben gefahren habe und würde ihn sogar als gefährlich bezeichnen! Habe leider Gottes diesen Reifen gekauft weil mein Mischler Alpin gerade nicht verfügbar war! Das war ein sehr großer Fehler!

Bij mijn nieuwe auto Pirelli banden gemonteerd gekregen. Binnen 500 km klapband gekregen, zou voor onderzoek opgehaald en onderzocht worden. Echter zijn ze de banden kwijtgeraakt. Geen vergoeding ontvangen. Slechte service en slechte banden.

Decided to treat my mg zs to a new set of tyres so I went to the pirelli performance center and what a set up I was really impressed it was like walking into a 5 star hotel .the place is spotless evan had a coffee. They fitted the tyres and done balance and camber what a difference.
Definitely recommended

Pirelli P Zero Z4 run flats for my BMW out of stock for 2 months. I have to hire a car to 2 months at a cost of £1000. Pirelli customer service have done nothing to help me!!!!

I bought a set of Pirelli Scorpion All Season tyres - £160 each. After 18 months the two rear tyres developed bulges on the tread area, causing vibration. I thought this was dangerous. I returned one to Pirelli for inspection - they said it was due to gravel getting stuck in the tread, and I shouldn’t drive on gravel.. And these were All Season tyres! It was just an excuse not to accept responsibility. Don’t use Pirelli..!

Endlich ist von Pirelli Portica DE die vorgemerkte Garantie Verlängerung 18262346 (available!) Skoda Karoq Style Trusted Pirelli 18" Reifen wurden weiter bearbeitet. Leider musste ich extra die Homepage Geschäftsleitung kontaktieren erst. Bin auf meine Anfragen per E-Mail Sacharbeiter, auf die Grenzen des Verständnis gekommen. Service Mitarbeitern haben nicht mehr bevor geantwortet oder weitere Schritte eingeleitet. Obwohl alle vorhandenen Unterlagen, welche auf Ihre Bitte natürlich von mir zugesandt wurden. (Montagerechnung & Kaufbeleg )Bin etwas erstaunt über Hilflosigkeit in die man dadurch versetzt wird. Sorry, falls es doch irgendwann Mal eine positive Rückmeldung oder Bearbeitung stattfand. Habe mir mehr über Kundenfreundlichkeit erhofft,dass es auch heut zu Tage Mal schneller geht und nicht alles klappt, natürlich verständlich. Aber ohne ein einziges Info oder Antwort??? Jetzt endlich hat es mit der Garantie geklappt und keine vergebene Mühe gewesen.BG

J'ai fait monté des Pirelli Conturato P7 All season run flat sur mon X1 pour remplacer mes pirelli été usés. Je suis très déçu par le bruit de ces pneus. j'ai iune voiture essence et parfois on a l'impressiion d'être dans un avion. Ces pneus sont soi-disant silencieux; c'est faux. La réponse de Pirelli:"Un pneu run flat et également un pneu toute saison sont moins silencieux qu'un pneu été non run flat. En fonction de la monte précédente, il est donc possible de constater une différence importante." Je ne recommande pas ces pneus bruyants et n'achèterai plus de Pirelli.

Ho installato diversi brand di pneumatici e km percorsi in 20 anni di moto, decido di montare le nuove metzeler next 2.....appena salito in moto e percorso i primi km ho detto,,, mamma che rumore....ho cambiato subito l'anteriore con il modello precedente, risolveldo il problema sulla rumorosità. Incontro con i tecnici per la valutazione del pneumatico posteriore dopo diverse email, riferita al reclamo per rumorosità dei pneumatici. Gli addetti hanno respinto la richiesta senza provare la moto su strada. Si sono limitati a dire che “non sono emersi difetti di materiali o vizi imputabili al processo di fabbricazione “, passando la mano sulla pneumatico! Tuttavia sin dal principio ho lamentato un problema di rumorosità della pneumatico che si può valutare solo su strada. Durata dell’incontro 15 minuti!
Mi sono messo a disposizione dimostrando buona volontà e collaborazione chiedendo di provare la moto su strada perché il difetto è dato dalla rumorosità del rotolamento del pneumatico, che è impossibile valutare con la moto ferma!
Pessima esperienza 200 euro rubati!
