Just received my replacement order, and this is definitely not my last time ordering from Pixel Burn Laser Creations.
It’s been amazing to find a local business that can create custom pens with my logo to such a high standard. I had high expectations, and the team truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish.
My design wasn’t the simplest, but nothing seemed too difficult for them. The design team put in a huge amount of effort, and I’m extremely impressed with the final result. Their attention to detail and willingness to get everything right really stands out.
What impressed me most was their customer service. When there was an issue, they immediately stepped in with a solution—reproducing my order the same day and delivering it that night at no cost. They also arranged urgent stock with their supplier and delivered the remaining items (with extra personalised pieces) shortly after, again at no extra cost. That level of care and commitment is rare.
Receiving a personalised note from the design team was such a thoughtful touch. Even when they’re busy, they make the effort to keep you updated every step of the way.
