Worst app ever tried to get the 40% offer off couldn't even order from there absolutely awful went and got a kebab instead was much better and much cheaper , prices on pizza express are extortionate and can't even order from them absolute shambles

I ordered a delivery from Pizza Express this evening. My details were taken and my credit card was billed instantly.

An hour and a half later, with no delivery, I contacted Pizza Express who told me that my order had been "auto rejected". But nobody told me. They had my phoned number and my email address but they just left me to wait. And to add insult to injury, apparently it will take 3-5 days to refund me for the service they never provided.

Was a lovely express for son’s 9th birthday party. 10 screaming kids and our waitress Cally was amazing - thanks also to the manager and staff at Basildon festival leisure

I admit the food was good, the place was clean. The staff were pleasant & the service was fine. Prices ridiculous & I mean ridiculous ! We shall NEVER eat here again as I object to paying almost half the food cost for soft drinks ........... CRAZY !

Rip off, went here for my son‘s birthday and cashed in some Tesco’s vouchers before arriving as I remember it was super expensive. On arrival was told cannot use the vouchers and any other deal on the menu i.e. the three course meal deal okay so my son then said I have the app can I have the free doubles as part of the conditions – yes but again cannot use the meal deal or any other deal. £210 for a table of five for some pizzas and a round of drinks and then all of the extras they added without even letting us know. For a basic meal, i.e. pizza, how can you charge £210?

Dirty glasses with lip stick on, lad wanted just water so asked for tap water and there was bits floating in it. So I refused to order any food. The waiter was a d.i.c.k.h.e.a.d and walked away when I refused to pay for the drink and I told him I wouldn't be ordering any food.
He went and stood with his colleagues waving at me and my family as we left laughing.

Pizza express in rugby. Chris hosted a party for my niece today he went above and beyond to make sure the party ran smooth and the kids enjoyed themselves. Thank you

I wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to the Cheltenham team for all your help with making last nights group meal a really fun and enjoyable evening for all the girls. They all enjoyed the food very much and thank you for making it all run so well on the night.

I am sorry to say this was my first experience in Uxbridge I went to restaurant and for 10 mins I waited with my daughter and mom and guy came I told him we are 3 people and he asked me you have reservations when I said no. I said ok I book it now online to check in and he was like no you have to come after 8 pm I said to him your other branches in Ealing , Brentford which is busy never been insulted and humiliated and asking me to come after 8 pm but where tables were empty if it is reserved there would be a sign on the table . But just don’t want customer to give you business . Is not the way to handle in customer service industry . I am sorry to say never say no and make your customers go unhappy . I can give business to the other restaurant I came with my family . Really disappointing . So much bad for entering first time in Uxbridge branch . I went also at 17:44 pm which is not a busy time . But if you all don’t want business I won’t bother next time.

Amazing experience at Pizza Express, Kingston. Great food and atmosphere, and our waiter was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!

Staff were pleasant but it took us 30 minutes to get achknowkedged, and asked what we would like to order, and a further 30 minutes before we saw any food! It was clear that they were missing staff and everyone was doing as much as they could. The food itself was really sub par, so glad we had vouchers as I would’ve been dissapointed paying full price for the quality of the food

The service at the Southgate restaurant was first class ! Especially the manager Duc , he looked after my family so well and made our experience a memorable one. The food was top class as usual ..We've always been great fans of pizza express and it will remain that way

We go to pizza express a lot the last timexwe went we were told bookings only it was empty novrush to go there again they change there staff like the weathet

Ordered some pizzas New Year’s Eve showed up stone cold and inedible. Branch doesn’t answer phone for two hours - when they do they say there’s nothing they can do. (Is it really that hard to send a warm pizza?) contacted support - closed until 3 Jan. obviously I want a full refund.

Having finally got back to me on the 6 of Jan they confirmed the order was 75 mins from when the pizza was cooked and ready in shop to the time it arrived at my door step (started waffling on about how they have new containers that keep things warm for longer
-  evidently not.)

They then had the cheek to offer a discount on my next order of £20 for a £50 order. - how on earth is that reasonable? Do you just send any old crap out now and still expect customer to pay for it? What happened to standards? Night ruined and they expect me to order there again? Should be a full refund without question and offer some discounts to try and get us to use their services again. Can’t say I ever will 

We have been using Pizza express in South Woodford for over 20 years and it’s always been great food at good value and service, visited just before Christmas and our Pizza’s were cold but it didn’t ruin it, a one off.
Went there last night had a table booked, seated after 5 minutes of arriving, after 20 minutes managed to get staff’s attention and asked if we could be moved to a table that wasn’t next to a overflowing bin and they stated someone will arrange, a further 20 minutes passed and no staff had acknowledged us or asked if we would like drinks, not the usual service we had been used to,
We decided to leave after waiting in total for 45 mins.

Watford Pizza express is shambles
More than 1 hour for food to arrive
Waiters have no idea about when food will be ready
Never go this place again

HAMPTON COURT PIZZA EXPRESS depressingly rude arrogant and lazy cold food. The place was empty on boxing day at around 5 pm the waitress was rude and arrogant - she explained she was a vegetarian and could not advise us on meat dishes! I too am a vegetarian. !!!
When the food arrived after some time the dishes were cold. as was the coffee.
The gardinier pizza was not as described and as we had been to the restaurant several times previously and order the pizza we knew what to expect. there was no rocket on the pizza! very disappointed.
we asked for some oils and cheese; reluctantly the waitress went to fetch these; it was as if we were asking for anchovies.... which they did not have any.... yet it was a side option on the menu in an Italian restaurant.
We waited ten minutes to pay the bill... no one came so we went to the cash register. the chef came to us asked what we were doing.... said we were looking ot pay the bill.... he abruptly told us to sit down!!! said no we just want to pay the bill.
Reluctantly, he gave us the bill we paid in cash. He asked us if we wanted the change! seriously.
could not get out of there quick enough and we will never return to eat there again. and for that matter any pizza express not just Hampton court or. even Woking for that matter. We had tried to phone ahead to book the phone rang out all day. when mentioned we were told they could not hear the phone if it rings it broken.!!! they can take bookings. Dreadful that national pizza house cannot answer the phone. fact it seems they were pleased that they didnt have to answer the phone,

I purchased 3 Gift Cards £10 each so we could go out for a future pizza for my wife as she was in hospital for her birthday. The cards got forgotten about and mislaid. However a few years latter I found them again and we went out for that pizza. Pizza Express would not accept them so I emailed their customer services to see what could be done. Basically they have refused to honour the cards therefore I would suggest it is a bad idea to purchase gift cards to use at Pizza Express

Pizza Hut is situated with beautiful views out over St Brelade's beach. The service was fast, my pizza had a lovely crisp and thin base, and the price was reasonable. Lucy served me and found me a lovely table next to the window. I highly recommend for an uncomplicated relaxed meal!
