From start to finish Planet Granite has been incredible. We were the customers who came to the showroom multiple times, struggling to pick a pattern. We were made welcome each and every time. The selection of slabs are absolutely gorgeous and it’s so nice to see huge pieces in person, esp when you’re about to spend a lot of money. We fell in love with their Viola. Special mention to Frosty, who kept us up to date at every stage. Fascinating watching it be cut and moved around the workshop. The fitters were professional and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anymore. Thank you for a five star service. We are so in love with our new kitchen and our gorgeous new worktops.

Amazing! Our previous company took over a week to come and template our kitchen only to then tell us we would have to have a join near the sink on a straight run. Our builder made a phone call and Dan was with us within 2 hours. He was so professional and knowledgeable, took the template and assured us there would be no joins. He saved what was turning into a terrible day.

I spoke to Dan for several months whilst I consolidated my kitchen order.
He was always really knowledgeable and helpful.

As the owner of a luxury kitchen and bathroom installation company from Sutton Coldfield i found Planet Granite whist trying to sorce a particular Granite top for a clients bespoke bathroom design . I met with Dan at the showroom and he suggested I went down to talk to the guys at the workshop, I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome if I was royalty visiting. Frosty was in the workshop when I drove in and toured me around the huge range on offer and showed me the production area, I was introduced to all staff including Steve the owners sons. Due to my clients specific requirements I was on site for a few hours whist the team worked hard to find a perfect solution to ensure the highest quality worktop would be produced . This was then commissioned and Frosty gave me his word it would be worked on immediately to help keep our project moving, True to his Word at midday the following day I was called to say work was completed! My client is overjoyed. I can not praise Planet Granite enough for helping me- and for this reason I will without hesitation use them for my future needs and recommend to all my associates . If your looking for a genuine family run company who know their products then do not hesitate to contact these guys, im so glad i did. Keep up the good work, and thanks again to you all.cheers Rob.

Wonderful experience at Planet Granite. Frosty was so helpful finding me a worktop that matched my bathroom vanity unit. I wanted to swap out the one it came with which wasn’t great quality but I didn’t want to spend a fortune. Frosty was amazing and found an off cut that matched perfectly. You would never tell it hadn’t come with the unit. They drilled all the holes for the pipe work and it all fitted perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Planet Granite and particularly Frosty. Thanks so much for going the extra mile. Great company, great staff.

Planet Granite were professional and friendly from start to finish. I ordered Quartz Capri kitchen worktops. They have a lovely showroom, loads of choice, and came away with some samples. A very lovely man came to laser measure and the fitting was superb. I couldn’t be happier and their prices are very competitive. When I needed a little extra quartz for a downstairs bathroom vanity unit, for a freestanding sink bowl, Steve was more than generous to help. Great guys, great product, great service and I would recommend to those wanting a bit of luxury to finish off a kitchen.

We had a vision for our worktop project, and Planet Granite exceeded our expectations by bringing it to life. From our initial visit to the showroom to the final installation, the team members were fantastic and attentive to our needs.

Over the moon with our quartz worktops! Dan came out to measure/template, very friendly and answered all my questions. Explained about next steps etc.
we were then booked in for fitting on Wednesday just gone. Dan and his team done a great job. Swift service from start to finish. Shoutout to Rhys and Kieran who were the last men on the job, left my kitchen clean and tidy and the worktops finished perfectly. We have Calcutta Portugal. Absolutely stunning.

Fabulous experience with Planet Granite, we can’t recommend them enough. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen worktops. The fit and finish is superb and is even better than we’d hoped. The whole experience was 5* from start to finish, Dan in the showroom was really helpful and knowledgeable, Ricky did the templates and without the time he spent getting everything just right the finished kitchen wouldn’t look as good. Kieran, Rhys and Andre did the install and have done an incredible job. We even got to meet Frosty in the factory who was so friendly and helpful we’d actually decided to buy before we even reached the showroom.

A very positive experience. The staff were extremely helpful making recommendations and using their knowledge to help me to achieve my vision for my new kitchen. There is a very wide range to choose from and the team helped me to make my final choice based on all my requirements, colour, use, budget etc

I returned to them some months later for another small project. Again they could not be more patient and helpful, especially when I had a sleepless night the day before delivery realising I had given the wrong measurement! I am very grateful to them all for their professionalism and guidance.

First off, their punctuality is on point—they showed up exactly when they said they would. No waiting around, no guessing - refreshingly reliable. Communication was just as good. Steve kept everything clear, simple, and hassle-free, with quick updates whenever we needed them.

The workmanship was spot on. The quartz worktops look amazing, and they left the place cleaner than they found it (I’m still wondering how they pulled that off). Proper attention to detail and zero mess.
