I have made sure I've kept the details of this transaction & the company for any future purchases.

Order confirmed.... next email saying it has been dispatched... two days later, next email ..."I regret to inform you that I had to issue a full refund for this order, as the item you purchased is unexpectedly out of stock."....
I've received refund and item is still available on their website.
