The admin is racist, I had good sales going on but he banned me because I'm muslim. I had not a single negative review, he bans me for no reason and keeps the other seller who sells the same thing with 10+ negative reviews.

The quality of the goods depends on the seller to the seller, therefore it will not be possible to write a consistently good review, but I will not underestimate the rating either. Terrible support services. Most of the steam accounts they are selling ate hijacked accounts. Support are completely useless and tell me to solve with the seller but the seller doesn’t say anything and so I give him a negatives review that he can change and comment on. His comments were outrageous too completely lying about the whole situation claiming Ive received a refund but that was the whole point of starting the conversation with the seller. Tried telling support and they didn’t do a single thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I don't quite understand people's claims to the site itself, if you were sold a bad product, then the problem is with the seller from whom you took it, but not the problem of the marketplace itself.

Never use this lousy platform, Maybe you won't have a problem in a few uses, but at some point the key you bought has problems and the seller refuses to refund, trust me mate sure will lose money because the platform admin is always believe the seller's side, and you will have no way to get your money back, i have been scammed on this platform 4 times and all 4 times seller and admin admins disclaim their responsibility. a scam platform, stay away from it if you don't want to lose money in the future

Total scammers. They allow absolute trash sellers to cheat on customers. No refund, no support, no reason. Support uses only 2 templates to reply no matter what the topic is. :) Negative review leads to block list, so they continue to rip off customers. It would be great if Interpol could look upon this place asap, who knows how corrupted and evil they may get over time.

То есть ты (продавец) можешь выложить на продажу например подарочную карту Amazon на 500$. А вон тот "администратор" который боится жалоб = боится потерять свое рабочее место = нищеброд.
Вот он может с большой вероятностью стырить твою карту и активировать его тайком.
Теперь угадайте кто останется крайним, если кто-то купит карту? Ну да. Лол.

Забудьте про P2P продажи, как на G2A или на нулевом LolzSteam. В этом селе такого не дано!

Раз уж на то пошло, поделюсь другой интересной информацией. В 99% случаев администрация не заставляет продавцов делать возвраты при продаже негодных продуктов. А 1% работает когда у покупателя есть видео с момента покупки, и то В ХОРОШЕМ КАЧЕСТВЕ.

Спойлер: любая мультимедиа отправляемая на сервер этой помойки проходит компрессию (сжатие)

Не говорю еще о том что эти самые "администраторы" из-за своей некомпетентности время от времени кидают бан на твой магазин. Ибо "сложна" читать описание товара. Бывало и такое что один банил твой магазин, ты объяснял ему что не было причины кидать бан, и вообще можно было и спросить перед блокировкой. В заключении могу сказать одно, Плати-ру это помойка как для продавцов; где маленьким магазинам кидают бан каждый день, не давая продавать, если они выставляют товар который дешевле чем у продавцов с большими магазинами (крышевание), так и для покупателей. Их можно просто кинуть, а что они тебе сделают?
Если конечно продавец не хочет оставлять негативные отзывы своего магазина чтобы не пугать покупателей, то он сделает возврат (но частичный чтобы сохранить число продаж и прибавить число возвратов).
