We have been using Platinum Laundry for a few months now and are very happy with the service and linen returned to us :)

Platinum Laundry offer such a wonderful service, they are professional, friendly, reliable and offer 1st class laundry services. I'm only a small holiday cottage business but they have never let me down, they are extremely flexible and affordable. A great pick up and delivery service too. Highly recommend and great to work with a local family business.

Dan & Laura at Platinum Laundry have been a complete godsend to our business. We are just a small 2 bedroom Airbnb but with back to back bookings, a full time job & a baby... I was overwhelmed by the 4 hours + of work it took me to wash & iron the linen. They have not only saved me time but the stress of juggling everything & offer an attention to detail that I couldn't possibly achieve at home. Our guests regularly comment in their reviews on our luxurious bedding too - which is all their supplied bedding. They are worth every penny! I cannot recommend them enough. We are obviously such a small business & contract for them, yet they have never made us feel anything other than top priority & I simply can't fault their attentive & personal customer service. Working with a small family business is something I strive to do wherever possible & I couldn't be more thrilled to have Dan & Laura in my life!! They really have made a tough time a thousand percent more manageable.

Platinum washed our B&B duvets for us and the service was excellent! Dan picked them up when he said he would and delivered them back (clean and neatly folded in labelled, zipped bags) at a pre-arranged time. A professional, friendly service at a very competitive price! Thank you!

I cannot thank platinum laundry service enough! They helped me with my laundry when I had to stay in a hotel to isolate away from my dad due to an operation. They picked the laundry up and dropped it off at 3 different places!! They were professional the whole way through and nothing was to much hassle for them! Thank you again!
