I have been a client of this company for over 14 years. Their honesty, trustworthiness, service and performance has always and continues to be outstanding. As with all rental properties things do go wrong. The mark of a great agent is fixing them in a timely manner with the least disruption to the clients. Elite Villa Management, to their credit, have always dealt with these type of issues in a professional and efficient manner.

We had a fantastic 11 days at Casa Calma, the villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The Welcome Pack was also much appreciated. Kevin who looked after the pool was efficienty, friendly and helpful. Although we were not at the villa during the mid-stay clean everything was perfect on our return and they had even taken the re--cycling which we were intending to deal with later in the day. Many thanks and we look forward to returning next year.

Super company to deal with would not hesitate to book again great villa (villa Rebecca) towels changed every third day and fresh bed linen after 7 days nice welcome pack inc bottle wine 🍷 they also loaned us 2 pool towels as we only took hand luggage thanks guys !

Well what can I say, me and the wife stayed in Casa Aloe Vera earlier this year. The villa cleaning was brilliant, and although we had a calima the first couple of days, the pool cleaner came to clean the sand out the pool left behind from the calima. Which I thought was a great service.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, will be staying with them again very soon!

Overall services have been fantastic, cleaning quality is amazing and any maintenance issues found are dealt with as quickly as possible.

I personally have found the level of service to be above and beyond.

Inside the villa was clean and well equipped , outdoors poolside however a parasol base was badly rust corroded and unusable I reported this to Elite Villa Management via a personal visit to there office and explained the problem face to face on the 2nd day of our stay, 5 days later and the last day of our stay a gentleman turned up at the villa with a new base and took the unusable base away, in the intervening period between reporting the problem and the problem being resolved the was no contact from Elite Villa Management , it would have been nice if they had shown some concern and kept us informed

We stayed at Casa Clara in Playa Blanca for 11 nights in April.Firstly, what a great villa ! Well equipped,heated pool and a full Sky package including Sports for when you just want to chill out on the very comfy sofa.
Suzanne,Dave and the team looked after us wonderfully.Nothing was too much trouble.They even booked us a cab for the return trip to the airport which arrived on the dot and took all the hassle out of guessing if it would turn up at all !
Would recommend both the Villa and all at Elite Villa Management.
