Specialist supplier of large format plotter consumables with fast delivery. Part order not available, was delivered later. No tracking given for second delivery which would have been appreciated.

Ordered from these guys on eBay no problems, ordered from their website a couple of times no problems but this time I ordered a roll of paper on 14thMay, not turned up and emailed them eight days later and no reply!!

Hi, we're very sorry for the poor service you experienced on this occasion, and the lack of an update from us. There has been a production problem with Polypropylene, which was further aggravated by the move of the Canon warehouse, resulting in their being unable to replenish our own stocks. We do hope you're satisfied now.

Replacement plotter
Replacement plotter, the sudden failure of our old machine was a panic, ordered the replacement and it was with me 24hrs later.

All round great service
I called ahead and the lady I spoke with was very helpful, and my order came not the next day as I ordered after 1 but the day after so really quick and it was well packaged so no risk of damage. all round great service thank you.
