Will definitely order from plugstation again the quality is amazing fits perfectly took a while too get emails on my order for delivery dates but be patient or if your worried like I was just email plugstation and they will get back too you straight away

I’m about to describe my experience as a customer that was brilliant!
I made a purchase for a product that is extremely desired nowadays. Plugstation immediately came back to me saying that unfortunately they wait for the restock. I decided to wait a little but had a time limit because it was a Christmas gift for my brother (trapstar bag). A week before Christmas they offered me similar product from the same collection (rucksack). It’s been delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately my brother wasn’t satisfied enough so I decided to return it and wait for the actual bag. I had no troubles with Plugstation customer service. They accepted the return and sent me the bag immediately after they received a new stock.
All took about 3 weeks but they stayed in touch with me with all updates via email.

It was a truly amazing experience. I must say Plugstation is the best reseller in the uk as I tried a few more before. I’m gonna recommend them to everyone I know.

If you order with Plugstation you are treated premium.

They do better customer experience than Selfridges or Dior where I shop quite often.

So amazing fast and reliable, ordered on a Monday night and received the Friday morning. Had a few questions about the product I was buying because it was for my boyfriend and received excellent communication. Will definitely be buying again

Ordered a Trapstar Jacket earlier this week, and was reached out to within the hour being informed that they do not have the jacket I purchased in stock. As compensation for this, I was offered a different Jacket which was more than what I paid for no extra cost. Was shipped the same day and received the jacket in 2 days (mainly due to DPD having some delays on their behalf).

Ordered the trapstar cobra T rucksack for my son as it had sold out on Trapstar website.. Paid a bit more but was worth it.. Arrived quickly.. Within 3 days.

Got in touch to see if they could get me the new iPhone 14 before Xmas as they’re sold out. 3 days later and 2 days before Xmas, the phone was with me. Couldn’t believe it and really happy. Great communication and service. Would recommend.

I have been promised different dates of delivery of my parcel but it never comes on promised date ?
