"PlumbPal" is a plumbing deal website starting at 10am daily weekdays. The modern answer to an established but old and dated industry. We send out daily, "the deal" via email similarly to that of the large "deal websites". We are a website for plumbers, run by plumbers, from a Bristol plumbers' merchant. Our aim is to pass on our bulk buying ability to you on products you will use everyday. It's simple and easy, the price you is see is the price you pay. 3 simple steps to having your parcel delivered FREE direct to your door. THIS IS HOW IT WORKS. We negotiate with our suppliers a bulk purchase, usually 100 items at a heavily reduced cost. These items are placed on the website for a 24 hour period at the reduced cost. After the 24 hour period has elapsed or if during all the items are sold the deal has ended, all completed deals are transferred into the; PREVIOUS DEALS This section contains all of the previous "deals of the day" and if any items remain from any of the deals they can be purchased until they are sold out. The items that are sold out give a good reference as to what we are able to place on the site. Should you wish a previous deal to reappear, or something you would like to appear please contact us via email, Twitter or Facebook and let us know. BARGAIN BASEMENT This section contains heavily reduced items, end of line items or items in boxes that the boxes are not suitable to be sold in the merchant (dirty or slightly torn). The items that are inside are all brand new, warrantied and guaranteed. These items are not sent out on emails you will have to trawl this section to find the bargain.

Very unpleasant experience

Very unpleasant experience. Answered a job on hipages to repair a bbq and arrived late and said it was electric and that he was a gas plumber. Kade turned it on, it didn’t do anything which we already knew and he said that’ll be $135 and never said before visiting there would be a callout fee. We weren’t even there for five minutes and I waited a lot longer for him to arrive. Rude and unethical. Apparently his time is worth a lot more than his clients.

The WORST plumber in existence.

The WORST plumber in existence.
Kade Quotes on jobs then drops additional charges on anything possible.
BE AWARE that if he quotes he does not do anything outside of plumbing and will not tell you this. Every quote I have ever got prior from other tradespeople they quote and take on things like electrical. Kade does not and he does not tell you this. He tells you separately thru the job so you have to call trades people out repeatedly and it ends up costing you much much more.
The job took 6 weeks to icomplete a job that shoud have been done in maybe a day at best.
LITERALLY THE WORKST TRADESMAN I HAVE EVER DELT WITH and I work in industry and have hundreds of tradesmen who have worked for me.
Steer clear you will regret dealing with him

Rubbish service

No receipt, no itemised bill for services, no guarantee yet paid $1,320 for service 2 days after job was done. Rubbish tradies like this are responsible for the consumer’s mistrust of all tradies.

Still waiting on the receipt and itemised bill for services

Plumb-PAL Replaced the hot water cylinder on Friday. Job incomplete but Kade called on Monday morning for payment of $1320.00. He sent a handwritten invoice which I settled on Wednesday. No receipt received to date. Have asked twice for this receipt, also an itemised bill of service to submit to insurance company. Ten days later, still waiting for the receipt. Padding around pipes taped to the wall has already come unstuck. Unsightly, tacky workmanship. Will absolutely not recommend. Will be lodging a complaint re: the missing receipt. Unbelievable!

Bought loads from them as there price was better than my local merchant and most online sellers. I got fast delivery to

Only used once as don't use most of the stuff they offer would be good to have a contact no I like to talk!
