If you have problems you have to deal with an AI bot until a human looks at all the messages you have left.
Unfortunately mis-advertising by this company leads to many problems, showing photos of the property from years ago when everything was new and fresh but this is not what you get.
Just don't believe what you see or what you are told.
Once they have your money they cease caring.
All complaint messages are ignored even when you send them photographic evidence of the problems.
To sum up they are 'Customer Care Less'

Affittato un appartamento monolocale tramite Booking, effettuato successivamente upgrade ad appartamento con due bagni e camera da letto separata. All’arrivo ci viene assegnato un monolocale studio: letti separati a fianco al tavolo da cucina. Dotazione di pentole per fare due uova e 100gr di pasta. Impossibile contattare la struttura che risponde con Assistente virtuale che risponde in automatico “ci dispiace” , “abbiamo inviato la segnalazione”, “le faremo sapere”. Assolutamente da evitare!!

Looking for the address, late at night, in an unknown area with cases and bags

Road to the apartment closed all the time we were there
No street parking available
Steps and ramps to Lagoon steep or closed
Struggle walking around feeling very unsafe / frightened
Eventually found the apartment after walking around an area with no map
No one to meet / greet us
Difficult for disabled to operate code box, again no instructions
Front door found to be open (not secure)
Managed to get apartment key- only one
Clearly not like the photos, eg no red sofa, curtains missing, broken light
Ignored request for two sets of keys
No information folder in apartment, about area or apartment.
No welcome pack, or basic items, salt and pepper, oil, water, milk, soap etc just 2 toilet rolls for two guests for three week stay.
No cleaning cloths etc, had to buy our own
Noise from bars and restaurants hit you
No windows for ventilation
Front door looked like it had been broken into previously
No keys for locking balcony doors
Noise continued until 2am, unable to have balcony doors open for ventilation
Very hot in the apartment, luckily our request for a fan had worked
Very old noisy fan in the bedroom, unable to sleep with it on
Bedroom two had a window, but only onto another apartments utility room
No air for bedroom two
No bedside lamps or like the photos
Dining table had only two chairs but these were broken and unsafe
Apartment unsuitable for elderly or disabled
Balcony two chairs, unusable and impractical no table for drinks
Pestered by pigeons, and droppings on Balcony, with rats and cockroaches outside
Bathroom has no window or working ventilation, extractor fan dirt but not working
When complained told it was working, it was not
