I tried to open my Pogo Club account
I tried to open my Pogo Club account; I've had it for over 10 years. Today it wanted me to verify my account using a code it sent to the email account I had when I first joined the club. I no longer use that email and cannot access the account. I tried to change the email on my account, but was redirected several times. I gave up when I was told I would need to pay $80 for a 30 minute phone chat with an "expert". I no longer have access to the remainder of the year I already paid for.

I have liked pogo i’ve currently earned like $179 but 67 of it is pending, even though it says instant cash out. When I contacted the support about the two previous cash outs that were also pending support gave me some lying about sometimes they need additional information or there is a required review yet every single time I cash out it’s a required review one to three days it’s getting frustrating because it says on the top instant cash out, but it’s definitely not instant. They’ve been really good about paying out, but I think it’s false advertisement to say instant when it’s not and I feel picked on because every single time I cashed out I get a random review. It’s not right especially when this last cash out for $68 is my reward for spending 200 in an app purchase on a Game that 200 came out of my account instant you would expect the reward to be paid instant, especially since it says it is

They have no customer service contact, or a way to get in touch with them. I have been trying email, tjeir forum and can't a certain game to launch.
All kinds of game glitches that cheaters take advantage of and zero customer service to report the issues to.
I use pogo mostly to play canasta and it has been a very frustrating and annoying experience this time around. The game is plagued with cheaters using cheat codes to boot you out of the game when they are losing, stall the game using a timer glitch at the beginning of the game, and if all else fails they just leave the game if they are losing and you don't get the points for the win. There is no customer service to speak of; the "contact us" button is a link to the image of the contact us button, no joke! For the price paid for a membership, you would think they would at least give some kind of customer support.
This has happened today, and every other day for the year that I have been playing. I will not be renewing my membership. oh.... and if you complain about it in the support forum, they just remove your permissions to post or respond in the forum anymore. Great solution Tech support! LOL!!
Pogo is 100% rigged
I joined Pogo when I was younger many years ago and have had many profiles. At least 10 years or so I have been off and on of Pogo, any time I cancel my subscription SUDDENLY the game wont work, I lose connection and this happens repeatedly as I used to pay monthly. Now on to the games. Almost every game is rigged so you will not win so you have to buy the "extra help" to finish a game. It does this with all games not just one or two. They can deny all they want but I know other POGO players complaining of some thing-it was not this bad years ago like 2000 or so. It is horrible how bad companies treat people so they can get more money.
So you want to try customer service-doesn't exist !!!!!

I just tried cashing out and was greeted by the new process for verification which involves face recognition. At first I gave it a try because I thought it was only temporary (just to verify that I'm human). But when it failed I decided to read the small print before I tried again. Then I saw that this information was being stored and shared with partners. I decided, no way was I going to give an gaming/points app my biometric information to keep, store and share for a $7.76 Amazon gift card. They can keep it!
One day as amember and blocked
I joined Pogo games yesterday and today I am locked out of my account. It is very disheartening to me because I apyed for a full year of Club Pogo. I had a hard time finding the help desk to unlock my account and I was finally able to submit a request and still haven't heard anything for these folks. I am older and I am not computer savvy. If there is a reason I am locked out of my account after being a member one day I can assure you that I didn't do it on purpose. Thumbs down with this company. Are they so ashamed of their product that they cant talk to customers directly. Are there so many issues that their phone is ringing off the hook and they can't keep up with the complaints. It makes me go Hmm!

Disappointing!!!
I resubscribed to pogo games after being away from it for 10 years. What a disappointment. I'm using the proper browser, Google Chrome, on a desktop 2024 Mac computer. Games malfunction constantly. After my paid month is up, I will not be continuing my subscription.

Used to be a fun game
Used to be a fun game. Prices keep going up and prizes get lower. Half the games don’t work right and cheat you. The new Pogis are terrible. Why would I want pogis for games I don’t play? Stopped buying anything and after my membership is over, goodbye pogo. I can never report anything as I can’t find out where, not that it matters as they don’t care.

Biggest disappointment ever! The whole gaming community put time and money into your pockets, and you take what everyone wants to enjoy away! The old days were better, that was almost 20 years ago. Don't think i can support "EA" Electronic Arts anymore, how sad.

I have been playing Pogo games for 20 years, long time. Don't care about points or prizes, etc. Just want to play Spades and Poppit. Yesterday the games stopped showing the full picture. Can't click PLAY or anything to advance the games. Can't see the bottom of any game!!!!!!!!!!! Are they trying to force me to pay-to-play, after all these years??
