The company was very helpful when I rang about delivery and said it had just been delivered which it had The pump is much better than my old pump and was half the price I will definitely use them again

Had a problem with a pond pump in operation for 18 months tripping electrics. Emailed Pondkeeper regarding guarantee. A few checks were suggested to ensure possible cause, once established pump replaced without issue.

DPD letting your business down review your service provider.

I've used Pondkeeper twice and goods were delivered quickly. I had minor issue with one of the products that I ordered which was satisfactorily resolved.

DPD delivered the wrong parcel.when Pondkeeper were informed of our unsuccessful attempt to retrieve said parcel,they sorted out the problem quickly.Well done always been pleased with Pondkeepers service.Many thanks.

I will always use this company for any of my equipment for the pond. They are incredibly helpful and the returns processes are excellent. I had a problem with my pump and the man in the phone listened to the problem and resolved the problem at no extra cost to me. The pond is looking great again-thank you

Im writing a review for my dad. He ordered something from Pondkeeper and it was faulty so he sent it back and got a full refund with no problems at all. He said he would give more than 5 stars if he could. Thank you very much for the refund and good customer service. Will shop with you again.

Excellent advice given that saved me £200. I was prepared to replace my pump but they told me to strip and clean the impeller that I did not think was a serviceable part and it worked, thanks

The customer service from Pondkeeper is excellent. I had an issue on an 18 month old pump/filter. Good advice was freely given on what to check. Following the checks that proved the pump was faulty Pondkeeper sent a replacement free of charge.
When I constructed the pond they were excellent at giving advice on the construction and what was was needed.
If only all companies acted this way. Pondkeeper set a great example of how to correctly look after a customer. Not only that their prices and delivery service are terrific too.
I maybe a grumpy old so and so but I can strongly recommend Pondkeeper.

I have used pondkeeper a few times in the past. I just want to say how helpful they have been in sorting out my recent issues with my filter. As my pump had broken and needed replacing I decided it was a good time to service the filter. I found that the bulb had blown so ordered new ones with the pump. I had prompt delivery but the bulb blew straight away. This was probably due to water getting into the ballast so I was advised this needed replacing. Unfortunately I continued to have a problem. I had a prompt reply telling me that there was a whole new top unit on it's way to me. Nick could not have been more helpful and reply to emails and delivery was all prompt. Everything is now in full working order. Thankyou. I would highly recommend Pondkeeper and will keep using them in the future.

Problem with Quartz Tube being broken and UV’s blowing. Complete new Lid replaced. Extremely helpful Customer Service.

Bought an expensive pond vacuum - deliberately went for the newer, supposedly better model with excellent ratings, however, it was pretty useless, spraying dirty water everywhere and when I contacted customer service they told me not to use the filtering bags?! Claimed that the product didn’t filter the water even though product PDF clearly says it does. Used product for less than 10 mins before it was clear it was rubbish but returns policy is if you have used it, you cannot return?! Waste of money and bad customer service. Avoid!

(Originallyreview 2stars)I bought a pondexpert easy filter which was great until I had a problem, I was told I needed a new ballast, and new bulb.
I replaced ballast and ever since then the bulbs still on,y last two months. I have been told after a year of the new ballast being installed and four new bulbs and countless phone calls that the ballast is now out of warranty.
I have been continually told that I need a new quartz sleeve, new o rings and try and get electrician out to check electrics.
I swapped the pump and uv plugs sockets and the bulbs still only last two months. The quartz sleeve and o rings are fine.
I have been sent two bulbs but have decided to buy one from another source.
Not good to be continually told its everything else until the ballast is out of warranty, apparently I should try buy8ng another ballast… my intention is to see what happens with bulbs from another source and if they fail I will bin the filter and buy a different one not from this company

I have bought several items from Pondkeeper through the years. Always found them to be extremely helpful and quick to address any issues. I bought the SolarAir Battery 200 to aeriate the fish pond with air stones. The airlines arrived kinked. The senior sales administrator, Nick Hodgman sent out replacement airlines to me by next day delivery. This pond aeriator worked very well. Unfortunately, the air pump malfunctioned after 5 months of use. Yet again, Pondkeeper sent out a replacement without quibble. Thank you very much for such good customer service.

I purchase a pump for my pond in April last year the had no problems with the pump unit until last week were the UV light bulb broke ordered a few more then found out it was the UV filter that was broken it was under guarantee for 3 years so I contacted the company they were exceptional got a quick response and they are sending out a new UV filter just goes to show there are still some companies out there that do care for their customers I will be purchasing from them again when the need arises 😊😊

never fail to provide comprehensive support. Spoke to Donna this morning who gave me fabulous and polite service, replacing an item NEXT DAY, something other comapnies need to learn from!

I ordered some underlay in preparation to fit a new pond liner, previously purchased, however, when the time came to fit the new pond liner, using a third party, I was informed that the underlay purchased would not maintain the pond liners guarantee.

I messaged Customer Services explaining the issues I found myself in and that I had to purchase alternative underlay, and without hesitation or further correspondence, I was offered a full refund.

You really can not ask for more!!!

A pleasure to do business with, and I have no concerns in doing so again.

Excellent service. Easy to find what we needed on web site and delivery came the next day as promised.
Will use again.
