Purchased a sludge muncher with filter caddy, well the first time of using the caddy fell apart, the sewing was terrible and it came away from the frame have had to spend ages re sewing the bag, not a very good item not recommended. The company gave me a very unexpected partial refund so thank you

Ordered some pond plants and lights to go in the fountain. Everything arrived on time and packaged very well. The plants were in good health and went into the pond straight away. The lighting was delayed and added later however one of the LED spotlights burnt out (not pondkeepers fault) I emailed them with a picture and said that while the return period was over a few months ago, if there is any way they could still help. Jai replied to my email straight away and promptly sent out a free replacement product. Wonderful service all round and would definitely recommend.

Very quick and prompt service for the products ordered and also the addition of a raised pond 12,10976l octagon which was delivered within a couple of days. Totally spot on.

I have bought a number of products from Pondkeeper. They have always been at a keen price and dispatched quickly. I recently had a problem with one item and I must say that the customer service was exemplary in all respects. I cannot recommend them too highly.

⁸⁹So very delighted, I purchased 2 pumps, the Expert 9000 set which works well, the water is crysal clear and the Expert 4500 set , unfortunately the cable was far too short to reach from the pond to the electric supply.
I spoke to customer services, who without hesitation suggested returning the pump. They recommended the pond Expert Solar and filter system with 1600 shower combo deal. Its arriving today, the fish will be delightful
Highly recommend to any person with fish or ornamental ponds. You won't be disappointed with the results.

I purchased a solar pump filter and solar panel combo xl deal. Excellent solar panels and and battery backup. Unfortunately the filter box and hoses are made of very cheap materials flimsy at best . Very expensive kit not what I expected so very disappointed. Cost £349.99 PondXpert solar xl filter system solar shower 3000 combo deal. Cheap flimsy filter system lets this kit down. Can’t recommend. It’s a NO NO.

There heavy duty pond nets are robust and well made, unlike some of their competitors. Decent value and rapid, well packaged, delivery.

Parcel arrived this morning (21st April)which I ordered on the morning of Friday 17th April. I was a little disappointed when I rang on Monday 20th and was told it wasn’t being shipped until that day after their delivery terms stated “Your order will be dispatched on a 24hr service).
I’m pleased to say that when it did arrive it was well packed.
The customer service I received from Jake was exceptional .

Ordered an aquarium heater, which on the internet had delivery shown for next day. Was advised the item went out of stock, but was told it would definitely be delivered to me 2 days later (3 days later than original delivery date). Four days later item still not dispatched. Had to cancel order. Very unreliable and frustrating to deal with

After phoning them up with a problem that I seemed to be having with my purchase of a filter box which was faulty , they offered me a replacement which arrived very quickly. I am very pleased with the advice and service that i received.

Ordered item 20hours later it at my door. Can’t ask for better than that.

This company are just fabulous, they offer great products at really competitive prices but what sets them apart is the incomparable customer service, they go above and beyond to help, respond to messages within minutes and absolutely nothing is too much trouble, as a relative newbie to the pond world they have been superb

I rang to place an order to replace my broken pond pump. I had previous dealings with Pondkeeper and had great service. After looking up my history the agent asked what the problem is. I explained that the motor failed and what I had done to clean and rectify. He immediately advised that the pump was still under warranty and said he would dispatch a replacement and it should arrive the next day. It did. No robots no excuses, no evasive tactics, just first class customer service. Thank you.
