I paid for a mclaren 570s in full in April, on the drive back the engine light came on, I made james aware, they booked in with Guildford mclaren, a week later engine light back on, was then re booked in with mclaren ascot, since then the car broke down with a battery failure, Portland Autos completely ignored this and said that's my problem, looking at my statutory rights I can reject the car by law, James said I cant, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with, please dont buy any cars off this company, they think they are above the law, i will be pushing this further to recover cost for this car

I made an enquiry about a Porshe Macan, had an email back fromJames the email was rather rude and arrogant, I did ask if they would consider a discount on a particular car and he replied that he recommend I look at cars in my price bracket, very abrupt and unprofessional, so needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Recently purchased our BMW M5 from portland, and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The quality of the cars on sale there are second to none, from high end super and executive cars to everyday family cars.
The service we received was excellent, really friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome and at ease, no pushy sales men, we were just left to browse at our own pace, the whole process was so smooth from start to finish.
I would recommend all my friends and family to to buy from portland autos and when the time comes for us looking to change our car Portland will be our first port of call without hesitation.

Please be aware this car sales outfit are not what they seem.
I bought a vehicle from them and from day one had nothing but issues.
The garage did nothing about the faults just made up rubbish excuses didn’t even offer to pay towards any repairs currently at £1250 pounds on top of purchasing almost 50k car.
Absolutely not to be trusted please don’t get drawn I. With there bull crap sales speech keep well away.

Bought 4 cars from Clive, 2 RRs, 1 Bentley and finally a Volvo XC60. Always been fantastic until the last car. Where the passenger seat did not function correctly. I contacted Clive who advised I get a report from Volvo, I did @ £170 to me. Turns out the RAC cover from Portland did not cover seats. So I was out of pocket. Portland have not offered anything else. I have had the car around 10months now, still have a faulty seat despite numerous calls / WhatsApp to Clive. At 6 months of having the car, I could not find our car online (Ferry booking) and it turns out Clive had put our private plate on the Volvo but had not done so online. So I we had been driving around illegally for 6 months. That was the last I heard from Clive. Regrettably I wont be going back. Shame as they have great cars

Great service from Rob and the Team at Portland. Seamless from start to finish. Excellent facilities and very well looked after when picking up my car. Delighted with my car and of course the customer service. Fully recommend and will certainly use again. Thank you Rob.

Great service form start to finish and the 4 year old vehicle I bought was like new. Very impressed with both service and product. Adam could not have been more professional and friendly.
