I'm thankful to be working with postcard mania. They have excellent customer service, especially if you get to work with Ruben. He is highly responsive and helps me to fix mistakes I've overlooked in my excel sheets when sending out mailers. I'm grateful for having a second set of eyes before sending out the marketing. They are an incredible company to work with!

I use Postcard Mania / Rocket Print & Mail for my land investing mailers. The company was great at bringing me up to speed, advising me on options, and generally supporting my whole process with lightning seamless efficiency. Good systems and good team there!! I’m definitely sticking with Rocket.

Customer service is the strength along with great communication and follow up from the top down. Best experience and having a great AE (Walter Varela) helps with the day to day challenge of dealing with marketing campaigns but otherwise happy to work with Postcard Mania

I wanted to do a Business to Business mailer to increase my wholesale customer base. PostcardMainia failed completely. Their graphics department didn't know how to address my customers, their mailing list " experts" could not define or cull from a large list who I needed to target. It was all a buckshot approach. They took no responsibility. I complained, got no where. I canceled after the 2nd mailing with ZERO results.

We were auto renewed on postcard mailer, without any prior reminder. Maybe they had something in fine print, don't see it. This is a sleazy practice.

Going to growth summit was extremely helpful for my growing company. Lots of positive developments as a result.

Communication and follow-through could have been better. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services. We didn't get one call one email nothing....... go somewhere else . We offer home improvements

The response is false , nk kne resched out or helped until I made a dispute on my credit card. Your company provided zero help and response and only said we dont gaurentee results . Um 0 calls to my company . This shows you took my money and did nothing
