Had a great experience from start to finish. The pre-paid envelope arrived super quick and I posted my gold via Special Delivery thinking I would get around £300. I got a call from Tracy within 48hours and was told that my gold was worth just over £1000. A great service, would definitely use them again!

Fantasic experience. I forgot to enclose the paperwork in the envelope and had a real panic. Got straight through to their customer service who had my envelope within 24hrs and after checking my details gave me an offer straight away which I accepted.

Overall a positive experience, can't think of any negative points. But what you have to understand is that they are traders, so the first offer you get is unlikely to be their best offer. Also, they don't offer a breakdown of the valuation, they just tell you the offer by phone. Money was in the bank the next day after the offer was agreed.

Easy process and prompt communication

I was amazed at the efficiency of the company and surprised to receive a phone call with their offer so quickly after posting my “bits and bobs”. Equally I was more than happy with the offer I received for items which I’d held onto for years. True to their word, the money was paid into my bank account the same afternoon. Totally recommend and would use this company again.
