Ποτε δεν έλαβα τίποτα , ώρες ατέλειωτες στο τηλέφωνο να μου λένε ότι φτάνει ο μεταφορέας Δελατόλας που δε μου φέρνει τη παραγγελία
Ο Δελατόλας μου λέει ότι δεν έχει παραλάβει ποτε τίποτα.

Αναγκάστηκα στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου να κάνω ακύρωση παραγγελίας τηλεφωνικά και με εμαιλ

μην αγοράζετε τίποτα από αυτούς, παρήγγειλα 2 τραπέζια έλαβαν 1 παραμορφωμένη, υποστηρικτική φωτογραφία, για περισσότερο από ένα μήνα απάντησαν αόριστα αλλά χωρίς επιστροφή χρημάτων, δεν προτείνω αυτόν τον ιστότοπο

Don't buy from these crooks! We ordered 80€ shelves weeks ago, they never arrived, we called a few times and each time they said they would arrive in 2 days... After another week went by we tried to call again and now they hang up on us when we call and refuse to give a refund. 80 euros they have stolen from us! We tried going to a store to try to talk to them today and not only would they not help us, there was another man there trying to get his money back for a couch that never arrived! Horrible thieves! I will blast all your social media channels until you give me my money back!

I placed an order on 16 November 2023 , I have been calling every day after the 10 days and all they tell me is that they will call me back , they never do ! Every day they say the same ! Never again

Η εμπειρία μου με την πρακτικές θα έλεγα πως εινσι τραγική μιας κσι δεν έχει δυμβρι ποτέ να κάνω ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία να μου λένε θα σταλεί 22 Σεπτεμβρίου και τελικά με ενημέρωσαν πως δεν είναι διαθέσιμο αλλά μέχρι κσι διήμερα δεν έχω λάβει τα χρήματα μου πίσω. Αφιέρωσα πάρα πολλές ώρες στα τηλέφωνά όπου ακόμα δεν έχω βρει άκρη μιας και όλοι δηλώνουν απασχολημενοι, δεν απαντούν email και στο τηλέφωνο επαναλαμβανουν το ότι υπάρχει φόρτο εργασίας

I ordered 4 folding garden armchairs from their website on 21/08/2023 (first time I ordered from them). The order confirmation e-mail indicated a delivery time of between 7 and 15 working days (order number 47628545).
The second confirmation e-mail read "all items ordered are available in our warehouse". I waited but nothing arrived. I tried getting hold of them on the phone several times but it was very difficult as most times I was told that nobody from that department was available.
I finally managed to get hold of someone towards the end of September, who told me that this armchair could not be delivered as it was not available (it was shown as being "in stock" when I had ordered!)
I never received any official order cancellation e-mail or notification.
They charged my VISA on 7/9 and then returned the amount on 2/10.
Basically, they "used" my money for around a month for free.
Conclusion: a total disaster!
I am never going to order anything again from them!

Sooooo much delay talking about 2 months and still counting also they asked for extra money although it was supposed to be an all exclusive order jesus imposters just dont buy from them for your own good:)

I have ordered a bed 200*160
I received 190*140
And other stuff were not delivered.
For three weeks they are struggling with the problem.
Endless number of calling them and failed promises to call me back.
Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them unless you are masochist.

I made a complaint on Praktiker's FB site two weeks ago, to warn customers against purchasing major appliances online, or in-store. After my purchase from Praktiker of a (defective) Elco solar water heater (and the year and a half nightmare that ensued), I was asked to send a message on a private email to discuss my issue. The reply today was another example of Praktiker's poor customer service!--"get in touch with the supplier"... The following is my response to that email: "If you read and understood the complaint that I made on the Praktiker facebook site, you would understand that the issue that I had with Praktiker was that they sold me a defective item from Elco, and that from the moment it was installed, that this was evident, and that Praktiker washed their hands of assisting the customer the minute that they deposited the money in their account. I was left at the mercy of the supplier for a year and a half trying to resolve the issue, and it would have been more than helpful if your policy was to assist with and follow through on my behalf - in other words, to be clear, your policy must change!!!! It is not okay to make the sale, and leave the customer for dead! I purchased from Praktiker with the confidence that they stood behind the products that they sold...clearly this is not the case. Also, letting our phone that was given as a contact (landline) on the email that I sent you ring only 3 times this morning, then hang-up when I didn't answer fast enough - I am 88 years old - was a half-assed attempt on your part to contact me...shame on you! DO BETTER!!!!

Enormous dissatisfaction for the unacceptable delay in the progress of our order (code 22514256) which, although it has been carried out and directly paid from May 2023, has not progressed until today, FOUR MONTHS LATER September 5, 2023!

After many attempts and precious time waiting at the customer service centre (which exhausts the patience of every customer as they have to spend plenty of time to be informed about their order) I was informed that the progress of our order was delayed because there was no availability of all the products (while no one had informed me of this in the meantime and while in the e-shop all the products I had selected had IMMEDIATE DELIVERY). The alternative, of a refund, would also take some time as I was informed and so I chose to give some extra time for the order to progress to completion as the products were for a construction project that had to be delivered within a specific deadline.
Today, four months after our order, we have still not received ANY OF THE PRODUCTS which were paid since May, without any adequate and satisfactory explanation.
Never again in the future will I make the same mistake of approaching PRAKTIKER store to purchase products because of it's unreliability and especially because of the indifference to the customers.

I chose Praktiker thinking they had the German way of work and severity.
It was a mess!
I ordered a 1460€ fridge +2fans for 1677€ the 13rd of July. I received them the 5 th of August.
I had to struggle with an inconsistent call center that doesn’t help the customers. I called more Than 16 times spending more than 2 hours on phone.
Never ever more.

Praktiker is the worst store i have seen in my life!
In Heraklion/Crete the employess are very rude,stupids and moody!

I bought on August 4, 2023 from the Praktiker store in Larisa (city in central Greece) 4 coloring sprays and a pair of general-purpose glues. At checkout I found that 4 out of 5 products were charged at a higher price than what was listed on the shelf. I consider the event not accidental, just as I also consider myself a victim of fraud and theft (I use the terms with full awareness). I addressed the cashier, the salesperson of the department, the manager of the store and all of them were admittedly kind and gave me absolute truth. Of course the price difference, what I paid more, (the attempted theft) will be returned to me in a few days, as they told me. It's not about the money, but what if I stole too and got caught saying "ok, no problem" I'll pay you back in a few days. Shame! Who knows how many unsuspecting people paid more for the products they bought from Praktiker Larisa.

Before visiting the Petrou Rali Praktiker shop, I called a few days ago (I do not remember exactly the date and I didnt ask for the name of the answering lady) to make sure that a specific product (metallic base with wheels for zartiniera) I was interested in, would be available for visual inspection and assurance for suitability. The answering lady informed me in a rather derogatory way that "of course the product was available, since it was shown in the site" . I explained calmly, that no matter whether it was included in the site, it could be probably not available in the Petrou Rali shop. She said very plainly that "it is available". So today I went to the shop and miracle to miracles the product was NOT available!!!! So, at the end of the day (a) I didnt see and buy the product, (b) I spent about 2 hours in the heat using public transportation and (c) I left very disapointed at the responsibility and credibility of Praktiker.
P.S.:The supervisor suggested to go to Agia Varvara Praktiker (they had the product there), which was a joke to use unknown public transportation for a far distance spot, under the increasing heat .

Terrible - I am waiting for a seasonal order which remains undeliverable since June 30 - today 1st august. Call center doesn’t respond - no ability to cancel through the website.

Totally unprofessional, no respect to their customers.

An order of 243 euros placed on May 23rd has not yet arrived (today is July 30th). We ve called 3 times, waiting in line for a long time and at the end they tell us they ll call us back but they never do. We ll never buy from there again, but also we want our money back for the products we never received.

Unprofessional Service and low customer orientation! Our order (EUR 998.00) was place June 14, more than 5 weeks later the goods are still not delivered. Very unprofessional customer service, average waiting time on the phone is 15 to 30 minutes, you get never connected to the department in charge, no reply on emails.
We got 3 times the incorrect information that the delivery of our order would take place in week 28, then week 29 and now it says in week 31, still no guaranteed confirmation for the delivery. Written complaints by email to 3 different addresses including the management have not not been replied.
Praktiker Hellas does not have any client orientated service nor attitude.
Do not buy anything at Praktiker Hellas Athen.

Authorities must take action ASAP

Please avoid at any cost
