Great service!
I chose this company after reading many excellent reviews online, and I wasn’t disappointed. They kept me informed of their arrival time and were extremely courteous and professional. They did a great job on my windows, I can highly recommend them.

Signed up and waited weeks for an…
Signed up and waited weeks for an appointment. It was then scheduled for this afternoon, but no timescale given.
Needless to say no one turned up, what a surprise on a Friday of the bank holiday.
Tried to call a few times doesnt even let you queue just asks you to leave a message and no one called me back. Can't speak to a real person online just a bot.
I will not be rebooking just to be let down again.

Not efficient/professional
First of all we were not notified that they had arrived as he said he knocked on instead of ringing the bell. Upstairs window ledge still dirty after cleaning. In addition back windows could not be done as operative said that he couldn't take hose through garage and utility room to the back of house.

In relation to the upstairs window ledge, this isn’t the standard we expect, and we’ve passed your comments to our Customer Care Team to look into. Regarding the rear windows, our operatives aren’t permitted to take hoses through properties, including garages and utility rooms, due to our insurance and health & safety requirements. We appreciate this may be frustrating, but these guidelines are in place to protect both our customers and our team. I can actually see out of my windows…
I can actually see out of my windows again! They are looking bright and clear after Chris cleaned them. Chris was professional and friendly with a smile and very polite. He didn't take long to clean them, considering they are all the small square panes but he took care and did a good job. I'm very pleased and a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend your service, it was easy to book online and I was kept informed by text and email when the windows would be cleaned. Happy customer!

Absolutely a joke of a company, endless texts of were coming in next few days.Next thing u know they moved dates again and again and again and again.

Leon from Preen & Clean did an…
Leon from Preen & Clean did an absolutely cracking job today — honestly, the best window clean I’ve had since using this company over the last 3 months! 👏🏼
He stayed longer than he probably should have and properly scrubbed the windows, going above and beyond to get them looking clean. My husband spoke to him beforehand and explained just how filthy they were, and Leon really took it on board and worked so hard to put things right.
I’ll be completely honest, I was giving Preen & Clean this clean as a last chance and it was going to determine whether I continued using them. Last month, the lads who cleaned the windows had to come back three times in one week because they were still filthy — and even after the third visit, they still weren’t properly clean, which was really disappointing.
But Leon has completely turned that around today. He’s saved Preen & Clean a customer, and I’m genuinely really impressed with the effort he put in. Sometimes it’s simply about taking pride in your work, and Leon definitely did that today.

Always Preen Always Clean
