Horrible company ordered a product its taken a month and still dont have it. Tracking numbers show it coming from 2 different countries . Email them and get scripted answers that lead you in a circle stay far away.

Originally, I ordered the D&D Christmas ornaments from Facebook. Big mistake. They overcharged me by $16. When I asked that they cancel my order ($53) and refund the total amount ($69), they refunded the $16 and went silent. That was Nov 23. Ever since, it has said "In Transit" from Ireland. I filed a complaint through PayPal asking to again cancel my order and refund my money. They said that they would send me a new order. When I replied I wanted the refund, they said they couldn't because they already sent an order. Well, they ornaments finally arrived today. Despite the picture showing a 3D tree made of dice, I received five crappy flat plastic ornament with a print out of dice on it. Absolutely do not fall for their products. All a scam.

Never received the product I ordered. Kept getting emails of delivery status and then one day, they stopped sending messages, and now almost two months later still no product. They billed through PayPal to my credit card. PayPal did give me a full credit, so I am out no money. But this company is a complete SCAM.

I ordered a 250 year anniversary cap and got a cheap shirt. They are scammers and all I got back as a response I had received the cap. I sent photos of package and cheap shirt.

Never ever buy from Prefacein. You only get cheap crap, that is nothing like the picture. My christmas balls went in the garbage bin the moment they arrived.

I wish there were a way to rate this company as 0 out of 5 stars. I have received nothing since my order, except multiple emails stating that it has been shipped from Italy.
Don't waste your money or your time. I've been waiting since August 24, 2025.

UPDATE: I finally received the Christmas Ball on Sep 18 (ordered on Aug 15 and was promised delivery from the USA in 5-7 business days).
Be prepared to find out that the item you get has hardly anything to do with what was originally advertised. E.g. I got a very cheap plastic stuff.
0/5 would have been an adequate assessment of this seller; sadly, there is no such option available.

They advertise on Facebook selling a USA 250th anniversary cap. In the ad they said it was made in Missouri. I fell for it. It’s been since August 23, 2025. The shipping information says it’s shipping from Italy. For the last two days it’s been being checked by customs in Italy. They also advertise that shipping will be 5-7 days. It’s been 11. Okay it's been 16 days and the caps on now on their way to the USA, Stay far far away from this company!!! I finally disputed the charge on my credit card. What a lousy experience. THE TOPPER IS AMAZON HAS THE EXACT SAME CAPS FOR $9.99.
