This is my first foray into a payroll service. I couldn't possibly conceive another payroll service provider who would be more effective, efficient, prompt, supportive, reactive, accurate, professional and easy.

However, being in the financial services industry I have had experience with my clients using other service providers. Easily identifiable and big names in the payroll service industry. I can't tell you how many problems and errors they were confronted with. It was absolutely never a consideration to use the likes of ??yC??x or A?P.

This payroll company has it all! Prompt, friendly, informative. They always pick up, they explain any and all. Upfront, honest team across the board. As a new owner they guided me at the start through labor rates, required posters, etc. Four years later during COVID they helped me to get together documentation for PPP and EIDL loans, responding within the hour most every time. A+++

We have dealt with many payroll companies over the years, and PPS has to be hands down the best one yet. With our multiple companies and several hundred employees they rarely skip a beat. Hi ... I Truly want You to no that I am not tech savvy at all .... All of the common business forms with workers comp PFL W4 Forms Tax Forms ....You Name it ... Every Person that works for Premier has bin nothing but Patient Helpful & Understands me .... meaning like I said I’m not tech savvy n may not use the proper business language.... it doesn’t matter Everyone Helps me n teaches me with out any hassles .... I am Grateful for all there Help & assistance .... Everything I said is the Truth 100% n
if I thought different we would have looked elsewear for another company to work with .... oh even when I call in payroll I no it’s not the normal way of calling it in or the system there used to .... they allow me to call it in the way I’m comfortable calling it in .... that is a Important one I’m so glad I remember last min before moving on with the survey .... ok offto the next Question.... Well how can I explain this?

I have had, I believe 3 different payroll companies since I started my company about 9 years ago. The only Payroll company that I would recommend is Premier Payroll Solutions. The prior payroll companies did so many things that "Created problems for mef" I had to find a superior payroll company. That is when Michael contacted me and asked me to try them, and it has been a marriage made in heaven.

Premier Payroll has been asset to our business. They have always been prompt, courteous, and accurate with us and we wouldn’t change anything in our relationship with them.
