Thanks for sharing your feedback, we’re glad to hear your son has been happy with the quality of the meals, but we understand your concerns around packaging.

Sustainability is something we take seriously. Currently, around 95% of our packaging is recyclable, and we’re actively working on improving this further, including reviewing materials like ice packs and overall packaging use.

We appreciate your point about waste and the wider environmental impact, It’s valid, and feedback like this is important in helping us make better decisions as we continue to develop our service.

Sorry to hear about your experience, it’s clear we’ve missed the mark here.

A meal arriving with an off smell and poor taste isn’t acceptable, and we understand why that would lead you to lose confidence straight away. We take food quality and safety seriously, so this is something we’d want to look into properly.

On freshness, our meals are prepared fresh and chilled (not frozen), which is why shelf life can vary depending on when your order is placed within the production cycle. That said, receiving meals with only a couple of days’ shelf life isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you calling that out.

We also take your feedback on taste, value, and overall expectations seriously, it’s disappointing to hear the meals didn’t live up to what was promised.
