The bespoke design and build process for our lodge was great. We couldn’t have been happier with the alterations that we were able to make.
The reason for not awarding a 5 star rating relates to the email and phone customer service that we received while trying to sort out the snagging issues and repairs that happened during the transportation of the lodge. Incorrect parts were order, parts weren’t ordered and information wasn’t passed to the relevant people. We had delays of over 3 months while waiting for the correct materials to arrive. Thankfully our concerned emails and phone calls were not ignored and were picked up and referred to Keith Simmonds. Within a couple of weeks of Keith picking up the issues, we’d had 2 site visits and all issues have been resolved. Keith has also been in touch with us to make sure that we’re happy with the work that has been done, which we are.
The engineers that have been out to us - Andy, Steve and I can’t remember the names of the other two guys - have been fantastic. Polite and professional and tidied up after themselves.

Jake & Nathan attended my new property @ Regency Heights in Poole - they are a real credit to the company - both v friendly, worked extremely hard to sort out a few snagging issues and left the property clean and tidy. I can’t thank them enough and wish them well

Gordon was professional, efficient and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Jake was friendly, professional and polite throughout the visit. He carried out the work to an excellent standard, paying close attention to detail and taking care to leave everything neat and tidy. His clean, efficient workmanship made the whole process straightforward and reassuring.

Jake arrived on time carried out all the repairs in an efficient and friendly manner. Left everything clean and tidy. Answered all my questions so that I understood the answers. His work was very professional.

A couple of Prestige staff were on site when we had trouble with closing our doors. We popped down to ask a bit of advice and they very kindly came down and sorted it out for us. We were incredibly grateful and would like to thank Steve very much as the doors now open and close perfectly.

I have just moved into a Prestige park home. Woke this morning to find that the mechanism to one of the roman blinds had come detached and it wouldnt open.

Fortunately for me, engineer Jake was visiting a neighbour to undertake some snagging items, so I popped across to see him.

He came and had a look and within 10 minutes it was repaired and back on the wall 😁

He asked if there were any other items and quickly made light work of many of them.

Craig & Steve came to do 2 days of minor remedial works for us - just normal settling cracks, floor squeak and replacemnt of some wallpaper where we had removed a headboard.

They were friendly, polite, helpful and clearly know what they are doing.
You can't tell where they repaired and repainted - super job.
They left the place with no mess.

Steve Allen and Nick Harvey returned to my new home to deal with the settlement cracks. They were very efficient, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Our engineer Gordon called today for 2 days snagging.He was friendly, and respectful of our home.He took his time to go through our “list of jobs,to do” and nothing was too much trouble.He was very professional,and courteous.He dealt with all of our issues,and more.

Steve allen arrived early on site to do the 3 month snagging on my mums park home. He was very polite and professional right from the start made my mum feel instantly at ease by explaining thoroughly what he was going to do. The jobs were all completed despite the horrible weather and all done to a high standard. Steve is most definately a credit to your company.

Gordon arrived early today and efficiently resolved the remaining snags. He was polite, thorough, and very helpful. The reason for not awarding five stars is due to the unresolved problem with the outside concrete steps, which requires attention from the Park Manager. Despite this, we are pleased with the remedial work and are happy to recommend this company to others.

We had Jake come out today to do the last lot of the snagging. He is a lovely young man very polite, friendly and nothing too much trouble. He completed all the tasks professionally and efficiently cleaned up as he went along then did a final check to make sure all was done and tidy. We can’t fault him and would definitely recommend him. He’s a great advocate for Prestige. Thank you Jake.

I have had the pleasure of having Jake from Prestige's remedials team on the development for the past few days, he was here to do the standard snagging and settlement issues, however, we discovered a water leak.
