Very disappointing experience. The company issued my ticket with an incorrect name and failed to reissue it, forcing me to purchase a new ticket directly from the airline. I have been following up for more than five months and have made over 50 phone calls regarding my refund. Each time, I am told that the refund is being processed, but I still have not received it. Surya handled my booking, and despite being a long-term customer who has booked tickets through them for years, this issue remains unresolved. I would not recommend this company at all.

Extremely disappointed with our experience with this travel company.

We paid over AU$5,000 after being told that our tickets had been held for us and that we should transfer the payment. The money left our account, and we understandably believed everything was confirmed.

We were then shocked to be told that the ticket they had supposedly held was no longer available and that we would need to pay an additional AU$450 to purchase another ticket. This was completely unexpected, particularly after we had already transferred such a significant amount based on their instructions.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication afterwards. They suddenly stopped responding, and we had to call the company more than five times trying to organise a refund. We are still waiting to receive our money back.

The whole experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. We are extremely disappointed and appalled by the way this has been handled, particularly given the amount of money involved and the assurances we were initially given.

Based on our experience, I would be very cautious about booking with this company.

Do not book with this agency until you understand what happens when a trip falls through.

My flights were cancelled. The airline did its job it authorised the refund and released the funds to Price Beat Holidays.

Five months later, they still haven't sent me my full refund. I received a partial payment and the rest is still sitting with them.

What those five months have actually involved: emails that go unanswered, phone calls where nobody can tell me where my money is, and a specific payment date I was given in writing that passed with no payment and no contact. Every deadline has been theirs, and every one of them has moved.

The level of effort it has taken to try to recover my own money and I still don't have it is crazy.

They are hands down the worst company arround, never book with them, stay away .

I had an extremely disappointing experience with PB Holidays.

They charged me for my flight and issued the wrong ticket. I only discovered the problem at the airport during check-in, leaving me with no option but to purchase a new ticket on the spot so I wouldn’t miss my flight. This last-minute issue caused significant stress and anxiety, and the replacement ticket cost me substantially more than what I had originally paid.

What is even more frustrating is that, despite this being entirely their mistake, I have had to follow up with them multiple times, and they still have not refunded me for their error. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has made an already stressful situation even worse.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a company responds to those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, PB Holidays has failed to take responsibility or resolve the issue in a timely manner.

I would not recommend booking through PB Holidays based on my experience. If you value reliable service and prompt resolution of issues, I suggest looking elsewhere.

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a travel company.

My family and I booked flights for five people with PB Holidays on 2 March. They accepted our payment but never issued our ticket numbers. We were then informed that our flights had been been cancelled. It has now been over 26 weeks, and we are still waiting for our refund.

Since then, we have spent countless hours calling, emailing, and following up. Every single time, we are given the same empty promises: "Tomorrow," "next week," or "it's being processed." Not once have they followed through. They rarely call back when they say they will, and every broken promise has caused more stress, frustration, and disappointment for my entire family.

We trusted this company with thousands of dollars, and instead of receiving professional service, we have been left chasing our own money for more than six months. The lack of communication, accountability, and honesty has been completely unacceptable.

I feel completely let down and misled by the way this situation has been handled. No customer should ever have to beg for a refund that is rightfully theirs.

Please think very carefully before booking with PB Holidays. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through the stress, financial hardship, and endless frustration that we have experienced.

I had the worst experience with PB Holidays. I booked my flight with them on 3 April, but they never issued a ticket number. Later, we were informed that our flight had been cancelled, and despite waiting over 13 weeks, we still have not received our refund.

We have been chasing them constantly and are now calling them every day. Each time, we are told that the refund will be processed "tomorrow" or "next week," but those promises are never kept. We have been given the same assurances repeatedly, yet nothing has been delivered.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through PB Holidays. I found their service to be highly unprofessional. They failed to provide confirmation that our ticket had been properly issued, and we are still waiting for our money to be returned. The repeated promises without any action have been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel that we have been misled throughout this entire process.

I have been a loyal customer of PB since 2014, which makes this experience even more shocking and disappointing. After what happened, I can no longer trust this company and would strongly warn others to be extremely careful when dealing with them.

I purchased tickets on 2 February. On 16 March, Qatar Airways cancelled the flight. PB informed me that the refund process would take approximately 14 weeks. I accepted this and waited patiently. However, despite countless follow-ups, reminders, emails, and requests for updates, they continuously delayed the matter and failed to return my money.

On 2 June, PB confirmed to me in writing that the refund had already been received from the airline and assured me that the funds would be transferred to my account within 8 days. This representation turned out to be completely misleading because even by 30 Jun, I still had not received my refund.

It became very clear to me that the company had no intention of resolving the matter unless external pressure was applied. I was ultimately forced to raise a formal dispute through American Express (Amex). Amex requested evidence, and I provided all email conversations and supporting documents showing the repeated delays and misleading assurances given by PB.

After reviewing the evidence, Amex refunded the disputed amount to me and advised that they would now conduct their own internal investigation into the matter. Amex also advised me that, at this stage, there was no need for me to proceed further with NSW Fair Trading or the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).

The fact that a financial institution had to step in and investigate the matter says everything about the way this situation was handled.

In my opinion, this conduct raises serious concerns regarding customer treatment, misleading representations, and unreasonable delays in returning customer funds. I strongly recommend that anyone facing a refund dispute with this company should not rely only on verbal assurances or repeated promises.

My advice is:

* Immediately contact your bank or credit card provider and raise a dispute.
* Keep all email records and evidence.
* Lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading if necessary.
* Escalate the matter to NCAT if the issue remains unresolved.

Had I not involved Amex and formally disputed the transaction, I believe this matter would have continued dragging on indefinitely.

Extremely disappointing experience from a company I trusted for more than a decade.

This company is a complete disgrace. My flight was cancelled due to medical emergency, and it has now been 28 WEEKS with no proper response. That is not a delay — that is intentional delay.

They ignore phone calls, give empty promises, and the agent who took my money is never available and return calls to make a new promise but no results. There is zero communication, zero responsibility, and zero customer service. I am being completely ignored after they already took my money.

I have spent weeks chasing this company for something that should have been handled automatically. This experience has been stressful, infuriating, and completely unacceptable. If you value your time or your money, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. Once there is a problem, they disappear.
