Pride Plumbing Services Ltd Opiniones

We have used Pride Plumbing for a number of years.
They have a brilliant team . Always prompt, friendly, proffessional and reliable.
Most recently they have installed a new boiler for us. Jake and a colleague did a fantastic job, nothing too much trouble, and kept us informed at every step.
He returned to demonstrate and explain the new systems to us; can't speak highly enough of him.

We would recommend Pride Plumbing highly without hesitation.

Jake , from Pride Plumbing came to track down and mend a leak. He was polite and courteous, completed the job without leaving any mess, was knowledgeable and informative, and kept us well-informed throughout.

Pride.Plumbing removed my old boiler and water cylinder and relocated the new boiler upstairs. This also involved fitting a new flue through the roof and new gas piping under the floor.
From quote through to showing me how to use the thermostat app, the team were prompt, friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me as they went along.
I always use Pride Plumbing, and as usual, I'm very pleased with the work they have carried out.

Thank you so much for all your help, all the people who work at Pride Plumbing are so lovely, helpful and professional. We felt genuinely cared for as customers, from coming out the same day and speedily booking us in to get our boiler replaced, to saving the pink sticker for me that I had stuck to my old boiler!! Everyone who works here goes above and beyond, thank you so much to everyone at Pride Plumbing, we're really grateful for everything you've done for us. I would recommend to anyone, these people are absolute heroes.

Pride Plumbing were by far the best firm we talked to about our bathroom refit. They provided reliable service, helpful advice and a quality finish. Their staff are also professional and very flexible. We will use them again in the future.

I can not speak highly enough about pride plumbing Derby. Everything from the call out when my boiler went to the installation. Mark was out within 2 hours of my boiler breakdown to try and repair my boiler but unfortunately it was not to be. Even tho December is every plumbers/gas engineers busy period they installed a new boiler within 6 days! Jake, the installer was efficient, friendly and professional and talked me through everything once the installation was complete. I would not hesitate to use pride plumbing again and would happily recommend to friends and family. 5 stars:-)

This is the second time we have used this company. Staff always polite, always on time. If they have to pick bits up on the way, you get a text with a start time. They have pulled all the stops out as this job was for health reasons. Fantastic company and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone. Thank you Pride Plumbing

Pride Plumbing have been my go-to plumbers since 2019. They are professional, punctual, honest, tidy, reliable and just all round lovely people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for plumbing services.

I highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend! Extremely professional and cooperative team. Company recommended to me by a friend and will definitely be using them again.

My faith in plumbers has been restored. After being let down twice by different companies, I took to calling round. I needed landlord gas certification. Booked in liaised directly with the tenant, efficient, and professional service 100% recommend

Pride Plumbing totally refurbished my bathroom which hadn’t been touched for over 40 years. It was in a shocking state and presented many challenges. As a woman on her own, it is important to feel comfortable with workmen in the house. From the start, Anthony , the office staff, and Chris who installed the bathroom, were professional, on time, respectful and dealt politely with my questions. The end result is superb, far beyond my expectation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pride Plumbing, especially to a woman alone.

Ripped out a bath and fitted a shower for a us. Did a fantastic job, and we now have an amazing shower. They're not the cheapest, but the quality is second to none.

Had a new boiler fit by Pride Plumbing during the first wave of lockdown 2 years ago. Were professional throughout and given the circumstances were unbelievably fast at fitting me in.

Had 2 services since then where they have maintained my boiler with the same professional standard.

Would highly recommend to all, thanks all!

The whole process was simple and easy, the installer,Mathew was polite and friendly and left the work area clean and tidy. We are both delighted with the boiler and would use this company again

I've had these guys in a couple of times to help with drain and they've been great.

Not only have they got the work done as needed at a good price but have also been massively helpful in helping me sort out the wider issue with advice and even coming back to tweak some stuff.

Awesome work and will be using them again!

100% recommend Pride Plumbing. Immersion heater replaced, pipework neatly installed and pressure problem solved. Great service, all the team were friendly and explained the issues clearly. I won’t be going anywhere else for any plumbing work in the future.

Very efficient, fast and professional service, very pleased with the boiler replacement work carried out today

Highly recommended!! Ant and the team are always super helpful and their work is first class. They've helped me with emergency issues such as leaking radiators as well as regular boiler services and I can't fault them. Very professional, helpful and good value for money too. Thank you

Pride Plumbing, and all their staff were universally friendly, polite, and efficient. Josh did a great job on fixing our bathroom.

Happy Customer, thanks to the service and professionalism of Pride Plumbing. The engineers that came to replace a Boiler, Controller and a Radiator are a credit to the company.
They were very knowable and explained everything with clarity about the work that had been done.
