Auction myths - "your property will have to be heavily discounted in order to sell", "auctions fees are too high", "its a rip off"
This was not my experience with John and his team. They were professional and transparent about all fees. They clearly explained the process. The focus was on achieving the outcome i wanted. In the end i sold my property and got above the Home Report valuation in less than 40 days.

My experience with prime property auctions was great. I’m not very experienced with auctions (especially online) and John and his team helped guide me through the process and explained what to expect on auction day and how to go about bidding.

Prime Property & in particular Luis Guarin were absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise them, especially Luis highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

With regard to the position I was in due to the disgusting state my property was left in by a vacating tenant then an accident to myself which meant I could not renovate the property & coming to the end of my BTL mortgage, I found myself head scratching. I did get a 12 month extension from my provider but rates as we all know were going through the roof.

PPA were recommended to me therefore I went for it & from the first moment I met Luis, I was full of confidence in him which is unusual because I am naturally not an easy person to please especially so quickly. Everything Luis said he would do, done, he is a man of his word without cutting any corners. The property sold without the requirement of going to auction at a price I was happy with. Yes, the fees are a little higher but this is worth the extra several times over as the contract was as Luis said 'watertight' in the favour of the vendor with regards to their contracts of sale.
