My nearly two-year old son decided that his mother's laptop was a good place for a stroll and just decimated the screen. I shopped around and found Primetech parts. The prices were good and their feedback was excellent. The replacement screen arrived within a few days of ordering and it was extremely well-wrapped. After getting everything installed, running and calibrated, it almost seemed like this screen was a touch nicer than the one it replaced. They did a great job with everything!!!

Very helpful in helping me identify which screen I needed for my netbook and I received it four days including the weekend. It amazes me that I got it so quickly as a lot of Ebay sellers take their time mailing items. I will most certainly buy from them again.

Sent me a motherboard which was misrepresented in their eBay ad resulting it it having to be returned. Call came in by a gentleman by the name of Evans stating the numbering of the part was incorrect. He asked for a return so he could refund because he did not have the board I needed in stock. I sent the board back the next day with a tracking number. It was verified that the board had been received by a gentlemen by the name Fred who asked if I was to be refunded or replaced. Well since we cant replace with something you don't have I requested a refund. Five days of e-mails to this company to check on the timeline for the refund. Absolutely NO response to any e-mails. I had closed the original case after speaking with Evans taking for granted that all was under control. Never again will I trust this company. Nothing more aggravating then being ignored. Still waiting for refund.

I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop which comes with a 1 year warranty and was very reasonably priced. Free shipping, and it arrived about 3 days later. It was in an anti-static bag and wrapped in PLENTY of bubble wrap. I installed it, and it works perfectly.

Very upfront, very honest. The screen I ordered from them came in an anti static bag and wrapped in more bubble wrap than anything I've received prior. Very pleased with my purchase and I would gladly work with them again in the future.

I received the DVD drive that I ordered within a couple of days. The drive was in new condition as advertised and I was very pleased that the drive was ready for shipment within an hour of placing the order.

I ordered laptop screens from various places in the past often with mixed results. Some worked, some didn't. I came across primetechparts on ebay initially and gave them a shot. Quite simply, these are the best screens (3 so far) I have ever came across. Professionally packaged, no dead pixels, quick shipping, and reasonably priced. I'm a customer for as long as I'm replacing screens.

Ordered a replacement lcd display screen for a Gateway net-book hard to find anywhere... very reliable and fast delivery and shipping highly recommended for those computer technicians.

I found primetechparts.com and jumped on to the chat and got answers from Fred instantly, made an order and in a couple of days, received the Sony Viao Glossy LCD screen with an exact fit, easy to install and all.
