Ordered a vape and had problems with it after 2-3 days. Emailed customer service to ask for a resolution and no reply. I’d avoid in future

I initially gave this company a negative review, however the new owner Josh contacted me and sorted the problem out. I will now order from here again

Placed an order 9 days ago with paid 2‑day tracked delivery, and it still hasn’t arrived. When I checked the website, the tracking shows the order is still “awaiting fulfilment.” Really disappointing service — I wouldn’t recommend this company and won’t be ordering again.
