The printing of the poster was good…
The printing of the poster was good quality.
However the reason for the 3 stars was the poor communication from the company beforehand. I emailed the company over 2 months ahead of time to ask about order times and price structure but never received a reply. I emailed again the day before ordering the poster and did not receive a reply. I ended up ordering the poster and paying the 3 day rate, even though it was over a week before the poster was required to make sure that the poster was delivered on time. This could have been avoided had I been able to gain reassurance from the company that the poster would be printed on time.
I also did not receive confirmation of delivery and had to make an unplanned trip to the delivery address to assure myself that it had been delivery.
Extra expense and time could have been saved had the company communicated better.

1st time iv used them
1st time iv used them, wont use them again,problems over order design yet asked them to copy exactly the same as a sheet i gave them and now the carbon copy pads fall a part once the top sheet is removed so all the sheets fall out! Rubbish!!
