Could not supply what was paid for
Purchased and paid for several toner cartridges only to find the were not in stock with no ETA on restocking.
It is beyond frustrating when online businesses take your money and then can't supply - your inventory should match your website availability!
Only saving grace was the the site was easy to use and the staff gave me a refund quickly, though it does take several days to get the money back.

No communication, no stock.
Ordered and paid ($600.00) for printer toner cartridges, waited a week then contacted Printzone to see what the holdup was, told they weren't in stock and couldn't tell me when they would be. NO COMMUNICATION, the client shouldn't have to chase the supplier to find out they didn't have stock, Cancelled order. Would not recommend this supplier.
