PRJKT RUBY has a terrible tracking and automated email system and they need to replace it. I keep getting OLD tracking numbers sent to me. This has happened twice now.

I have been using Project ruby for over five years now and I have never had an issue. It is such a great company. It makes getting birth control, which should be something so easy but in reality it’s not easy. but Project ruby makes it simple, clear and concise, and every doctor I have spoke to has been very helpful and answered all my questions. If you are on the fence do it it’s not worth dealing with insurance companies anymore and you don’t have to!

The ordering was fine at first but eventually they just stopped my auto refill with no notice.
There were also a few instances of false shipping emails.

I had to do an audio call today with a doctor to get my prescription refilled and I was having problems getting a connection. So she called me and I was able to get my prescription refilled. I'm so happy with them.
