I dealt with Rich throughout my order, he was helpful, courteous and answered all my questions quickly. The pens are great quality, and were an absolute hit at the exhibition I had ordered them for. After trying several samples of light-up Yoyos from different promotional companies, we chose Probos Promotions. Their product was far superior and the customer service was second to none. All of my questions were answered promptly and I felt completely at ease that our order was in good hands.
