The staff person who assisted with the purchase was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The product itself is well made and a solid performer. The pulse mode if very useful.

Brighton ProCook really delivered
Brighton ProCook really delivered. I was immediately offered assistance and the lady found my product, which was the only one left and on display, so not where it would have been in store. She was knowledgeable about the item and wrapped it too. I was more than happy with the speed and friendliness of this shop.

The customer service was excellent
