Great friendly and helpful staff. We went in to buy some new saucepans and other things, and had selected two pans and a wok, and the staff checked and informed us that a set of three pans would be the same price as the two we were planning to buy, so we got an extra small pan included! Would recommend this store for anyone looking for cookware.

The staff at the shop kind sweet and approachable. Rarely you find people who engage in a conversation. Excellent team

The staff were very helpful in answering questions on the hand held steam iron and were prepared to give me a demonstration unfortunately I didn't have the time the coach was waiting.

I had to take back glasses I had bought earlier in Gloucester as noticed one had a fault when I got home. I telephoned Cotswold outlet as my nearest store to home.
They got me a new box on arrival no quibbles.

We were pleased to visit the Cotswold Designer Outlet retail store and staff were very helpful and we left with a purchase on offer.

I wanted a cheap but half decent knife. Dark haired lady in the shop was really helpful
