How great customer service is delivered
I work in retail and I am a customer facing employee. I also train people in customer service and how to deliver great service. So when I receive great service it definitely needs recognition. The lady that served us was very polite and friendly. They opened my product to ensure it was all intact. All round fantastic service made the experience in your outlet very enjoyable.

Knowledgeable & friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and they knew what they were talking about. They also saved me money by showing me alternatives….other stores maybe would have pushed to sell the more expensive item so kudos for taking the moral path….god bless

Very helpful
Had to return a couple of induction pans that were too small to trigger our oven that were part of a set and Jan and Daniela from the O2 (hopefully names right) couldn’t be more helpful, I thought it would be really difficult and they sorted it out and now I have pans that work and are the sizes I want! Thank you!

Excellent knowledgable service
The staff and manager here yesterday were fantastic - helped my friend ordering pots for her new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the gentleman went above and beyond by sourcing stock from other stores - was knowledgeable, super friendly. Service you rarely get these days! I also purchased items - great prices, great range - keep up the excellent work Procook
