As usual, the guys from Progas were reliable, thorough and courteous at all times. 'As usual' because I've used them repeatedly because I know they always turn in top quality work. Simply the most professional service you'll find, bar none.

My agents use Progas for a rental property, so I called them in when the boiler broke down at my own home. It's October, so a busy time for heating engineers, but they squeezed me in (twice!). They are fast, capable, communicate well and get the job done. Definitely recommended.

Quick and efficient

I wanted the much awaited boiler certificate via email as by post would take longer. I received this via email the same day. I was charged for this. I was not expecting a charge. The certificate should have been issued four years ago. However, I received this, and that's the main thing.
