The price was very reasonable, the quote was very clear, with all the aspects of the job carefully detailed. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS! The plumber and his assistant were highly professional and talked through the work clearly and were able to accomadate my requests for the routing of the pipes. Testing of the boiler and all its peripheral parts very thorough. Did the job at short notice, around a week after asking them for a quote. Would highly recommend

Sincere apologies if I have the wrong company .... seem to be a few trading under progas ......Really disappointed ... wayne serviced our boiler last year and couldn't fault him .... he sent us a reminder this year and after several admin issues he was expected to service our boiler this morning .... he didn't turn up ... I've rang and had my calls declined and I've WhatsApped messaged and seen he's read the calls and still not responded ... I've requested that he could come tomorrow morning.... could you please send someone else if hes unavailable please !
