BEWARE!
They run so called free 'Summits', 'Masterminds' and whatever else they call them, online and in person.
These are just sessions to pitch a sale to you.
You will be rushed into making a decision about a financial purchase and when you agree to the small print T&Cs, you have waived your 14 day cooling off period goodbye.
You won't get a refund, even if cancelled immediately and months before any event.
My advise is to generally avoid these money grabbing guru's. Join a property group or property tribe and avoid being scammed.

Let down by this company. I requested a refund after I was mislead and charged for a course which turned out to be free, I requested a refund 2 months prior to the course starting date, only to be told they don’t offer refunds which wasn’t made clear or stated in writing. Since this I have been spammed with calls, emails and texts. I’ve unsubscribed from all these alerts at least 6 times and still receiving. Please read the reviews before signing up to these money grabbing people. The two people I dealt with via phone calls & texts had no idea.
They aren’t interested in benefiting you, as knowledgeable as Rob Moore seems, they are money grabbers.

I recently attended No Money Down training at the Progressive Training Centre in Peterborough. The course that was taught by the famous Kevin McDonnell was absolutely fantastic. I learnt so many tactics that I'm already starting to implement to progress my business.

My husband and I attended the Rent 2 Rent and No Money Down event at the end of July with Kevin McDonnell. WOW, just amazing - full on with hours and hours of massive light bulb moments. We have both come away with fire in our bellies, and the ongoing support will keep us in check and steer us in the right direction. To be sure, we will be back soaking up more knowledge. (Oh, and Paul wasn't so fussed on the pyjamas but loved the shoes!!)

I attended MSOPI in London which lead me to attend a complementary JV training in the academy in Peterborough.

My experience, first time in the academy was very welcoming. The team was kind, caring, offered great hospitality. The trainers are very motivational and the team members are always efficient and caring whether in person or on the phone.

Sam (Samuel Lee-Ashby) was speaking to the attendees, checking whether they are alright and dealt with the queries efficiently. He would go extra mile to make trainees get the best. All the other members I dealt with over the phone are excellent too.

It was an amazing experience doing the 3 days seminar in No Money Down/ Rent2Rent. It’s an eye opening and really will blow you mind.

I went to the Rent 2 Rent and No money Down mastermind with Kevin McDonnell and it was an eye opening into different ways you can get a deal done. These are things that other coaches won’t teach you. I had an amazing three days.
