First time using pro paintball, great set up, great staff, no complaints will definitely be back again with the boys! Quality time

Very fun day out at Pro Paintball. Situated a stones throw away from the A3, this paintball centre was a fantastic day out for me and my friends. On the particular day we were there they had a pop up pizza van that delivered the most succulent lunch.

All maps are well thought out and detailed and provide a different objective which was compelling and immediately got your communicating amongst themselves.

The guys that run the centre Max, Will and Jay have grown the business enormously over the past few years and speaking to them about their plans of growth and to adopt more centres around the county was really encouraging to hear.

Jay looked after my group for the day and he is a really lovely man. When I took a painful shot on the elbow he comforted me and made me feel better.

Very well organised day out for my friends and me! Great value and experience so will be returning

Absolutely brilliant paintball experience! The staff are friendly and well organised. The games are exciting and equipment was solid. We will be coming back for sure.

The day was organised, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we all had great fun. It was well priced compared to another quote.

The day cost £1,520 for 40 people and another site could only get down to £2,000.

We would recommend for other businesses looking to add a fun event for their staff!

The maps were amazing and really well crafted, had such a good day there. It was definitely the most fun I've ever had playing paintball, the staff were lovely and the price was very affordable!

Travelled from Surrey for a birthday party and had such a good experience at Pro Paintball. The marshals were professional, the games were loads of fun and the whole day ran really smoothly. Perfect activity for birthdays, groups and first timers. Would definitely come back again

Booked this for a group birthday party and couldn’t fault it. Really friendly staff, well organised games and a great setup overall. A lot of us had never played before but everything was explained clearly and made easy to follow. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun group day out.

I came to Pro Paintball in Cobham for my birthday party, found the prices affordable and the maps really thought out.

Had a amazing time with friends at pro paintball, the games were well organised & the team ensured that everyone had a great time.

Prices for equipment & paint balls were also extremely reasonable.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to play some quality paintball.

We had a great day at the Cobham venue for my friends birthday. The staff are very attentive. They made us feel very welcome. The game zones are varied and interesting, each with its own theme and objective.
We had a big age range in our group, players as young as 11 and older than 60 and everyone had a great time! Thank you Pro Paintball, we’ll be back soon.

Customer service at Pro Paintball disappointed on November 22nd 2025 by ignoring my mother’s clear instructions to give 2000 gifted paintballs to me before I bought any extra. That didn’t happen and I needlessly purchased extra paintballs and they are refusing to refund that needless purchase. Staff’s version of these events is different and they are sticking to their version. The paint balling session was good and no complaints there as I only discovered this failing afterwards. Such a shame on an otherwise good and new operator rivalling the established DeltaForce nearby.

I booked a birthday party at Pro Paintball to try them as the new kid on the block rather than book our usual Delta Force and was disappointed by the customer service experience post the event. PP are refusing to refund for paintballs I needlessly purchased as staff failed to tell me beforehand that I had a gift of paintballs as a birthday treat from my mother. Really disappointing attitude from them so I won't be returning there but will patronise Delta Force once more.
Your reply misses the point entirely, which is what I've been trying to get across without success. Had your staff given me the gift balls when they should have done I would had no need to pay for an additional 1,000 balls. Yes of course, we used them; we hd no choice having purchased them. But there was no need. STAFF SHORTCOMINGS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT'S THE POINT. IGNORING THE VERY PRECISE WISHES OF THE GIFT GIVER, IE. MY MOTHER. And giving a very different and false view of what they did and when they did it. I expected Pro Paintball to be better than this.

Honestly just great, came from Germany on the Weekend just to visit my family but we decided to come here. It was just great. We had lots of fun and a pizza at the end. 10/10

it was a great day. Staff were really friendly, weather was decent just for us. Any more rain would have been more difficult. But good stuff overall.

Cracking day out, all the team at pro paintball were all super friendly and so helpful. I can’t recommend this site enough. If you got a birthday, stag do/hen do or just up for a really fun day out, go to pro paintball! You won’t regret it!

I came here to paint ball (I was not exactly painting balls but I’m sure you get the point lol😂😂😂)

I had so much fun hiding and defending but dropped out after the second round because of the heat!!😭😭.

The staff were very helpful before, during and after the games. They were also very kind. Would definitely visit again to paint more balls!
