Too buggie to be worth it. Waiting and waiting for a fix

I've been a user for 7-8 months. First simple LinkedIn campaigns ran well, no issue. As a follow-on, I tried to filter for those who had accepted my LI invitation in the first campaigns, so I would have a list of those who had accepted that I could target in a follow-on campaign. Filtering failed, and support is entering its 4th day with no word. Other bugs I won't bother to describe, but they have been numerous and taken days to resolve. I'm actively looking for alternatives to be able to message LI connections in bulk.

Got charged multiple times despite cancelling

Got charged multiple times, didn't get refunded and afterwards got charged again after they said they'd cancel the subscription

Linkedin profiles, which they promised on delivering never got fulfilled, neither did it for anyone else + the software is quite buggy and doesn't have the needed functionalities

Fundamentally deceptive company and Terrible Product

Fundamentally deceptive company, refuses to provide refunds despite being present on their OWN faq page, an their voice cloning software is rudimentary. Lackluster automation processes mean you can't even send custom voice-notes manually, or furthermore, can't use messaging to individual accounts on Linkedin

Not a good platform and absolutely awful support / team. Ensure you stay FAR away from them.

Their refund policy as they state is a complete lie: "What's Prosp's refund policy?
At Prosp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we have a straightforward, 100% refund policy. If you're not satisfied with our service or encounter any issues, we'll refund the full amount of your subscription, no questions asked. It's part of our commitment to delivering the best service possible."

Scam

Scam. They charge me, even I cancelled my subs from them. Stay away! Even the CEO is skanky... please check first. The CEO isn't even on LI or Facebook.

Really disappointing service

Really disappointing service. I started a trial to try the voice AI, quickly realised it wasn't right for me and ended my trial.. or so I thought. I was auto billed at the end of the trial period without any reminders this was going to happen, and on communicating with the team to ask for a refund on what was clearly a mistake, I was refused a refund.

Platform was well, but bat for Linkedin

Platform was well, but you cannot install your own proxies when i used there proxies my account loggin in to hong kong while i live in dubai. So i did one more automation and my account got blocked. Nothing wrong with the platform. Only one of the most important parts they missed out on.

Dreadful platform thats full of bugs…

Dreadful platform thats full of bugs with horrible AI messaging and gets the basics like company name wrong. So it will say "hi, x great to see your work at yy company", but gets the WRONG company.

Massively reputation damaging.
The support is terrible and they wont get back to you.

The AI messaging is just horrendous. I got a prompt working really nicely in ChatGPT. Transfer it to prosp and it generates awful copy that stinks of AI and a 6 year old could spot it. I would run a mile from this dreadful platform.
