Genuinely great company to deal with. Bought a set of coil overs for an unbeatable price, came next day. Had to call up due to misplacing the spec sheet, received friendly customer service and emailed me the pdf instantly. After installing the shocks wrong and ruining one I sent an email for a replacement, later that day it was already dispatched and came the day after.
Besides that the product itself is great, easy to install, absolutely slammed my car and still very drivable. My only gripe would be the c hooks for adjusting the springs didn’t really fit and kept slipping but any cheap aftermarket pair would do the job.

Sadly bought a set for my BMW Z3. Garage says they are sagging and the ride height is wildly different in all 4 corners. Not the first time they have had issues with this brand it seems.
They have a returns policy, but that means the extra cost of removing the springs, then putting something in their place before getting the replacement ones and the associated cost of refitting those ones instead - which also may end up defective.
They claim the Z3 has a natural lean, mine didn’t before these springs and the garage themselves said defective.
Don’t scrimp, buy some springs from a proper brand. What extra you spend you will save in having to redo the job 3+ times.

We are sorry to receive this review. We'd first of all like to say that our offer to try to resolve the situation remains in place. We must, however, address some of the points made in the review.
Our springs are manufactured by an OEM spring manufacturer using the same materials and testing methods as for the springs they make for some major vehicle manufacturers, all under the quality control standards imposed by ISO9001:2015. All products are also certified by TUV to comply with German road traffic regulations (StVZO), some of the most stringent requirements in the automotive world.
We would be able to supply replacement springs as required which would not require the lengthy process described in your review.
The BMW 'lean' is not a 'claim' made by us, it is a well-documented characteristic of various BMW models. We did provide some information to show that there are many articles and forum chats online, independent of our company, that we hoped would show that it is not something we have made up.
Finally, we consider ourselves to be a 'proper' brand. We have been selling suspension lowering products since 2005, amassing over 180000 unit sales to date. Yes, things can go wrong, but we are proud of the quality and reliability rate of our products and will always try to work with our customers to resolve any queries.

Where do I start purchased new coilovers and only been fitted six months when one of the Shocks failed, these were fitted by a trained VW mechanic, took to local garage for a service and mechanic noticed the shock had failed on drivers side front, contacted supplier who I purchased from and they charged me £77 to have a replacement shock so I could send the faulty one back under warranty. I did everything that was asked and provided loads of photos also. They blamed the trained mecanic of causing the damage and refused to honour the warranty. Absolutely disgusting after service.
